I really like how easy the application process is to get started. The pricing is up front and no surprises.

Please do not use Zappy Health. I am out almost $1000 because Zappy Health chose Ousia Pharmacy who is not licensed to compound sterile meds. Zappy's response has been to blame the pharmacy and tells customers to seek a refund from the pharmacy. I did not pay Ousia. I paid Zappy Health and had the reasonable expectation that the drugs would safe. If Zappy is so sure these meds are safe, why did they switch pharmacies? They have stopped responding to customers. Buyer beware!

It was a super easy process. From sign up to finish, it was seamless and easy. Scanning my ID and taking a photo took the hassle out of getting qualified.

Customer service is terrible, it takes a lot of energy to get a response from them. The worst thing is that Zappy got meds from Ouisa pharmacy that had no license for compounding any meds in any state. Not taking these meds, feeling unsafe. Zappy has been silent on the issue. Don't get fooled by good reviews, like I was. Zappy gives away Stanley cups in exchange for good reviews. Zappy blocked me from their chat for posting this review and speaking up on this platform. They denied me a refund or vial replacement. This is fraud! I paid money to Zappy, not OUISA. Zappy retaliates on victimized patients, please know this.

Purchased what was advertised as tirzepatide from a licensed pharmacy when in actuality it was from a pharmacy that was unlicensed to make compounded medications. Zappy will not refund the hundreds or thousands of people who received medication they are afraid to use because we don't know how or where it was made. Do not trust this company!

“Zappy is Shipping unlicensed, unsterile products of unknown origin to patients- and when patients ask for analysis, purity, and safety information on where the products are compounded; Zappy blocks those patients from commenting, or accessing their medical portal to which they’re paying. Zappy has been working hard to cover their tracks by incentivizing 5 star reviews to “certain” patients. “
For many weeks I have been unable to connect with anyone from their app and I stated that the medication is just bacterial water since it’s not working and they said to reach out to their physician but I can’t access any chat links eventhough I brought it up multiple times about no access to chat and also medicine has not been working since my breathing issues have come back because of inflammation and I have gained weight in the last few weeks which has never happened in the last 6 months using another telehealth and pharmacy. My body aches and lung issues are more symptomatic since the medicine is subpar.

Don't believe the 5 star reviews - believe the 1 star reviews of patients who are telling the real truth - Zappy is offering patients a chance at $500 if they submit a 5 star review here. Prior to the end of Dec 2024, Zappy partnered with a pharmacy that does NOT a Special Sterile Compounding Permit required by the State of Fla to compound sterile GLP-1 medication and who is not licensed to ship to most of the states they are shipping to. Patients did not have the choice of which pharmacy filled our prescriptions. Zappy did not do their due diligence in properly vetting their partnered pharmacy to ensure they were properly licensed/permitted to compound sterile medication or that could ship to all states. Zappy initially agreed to refund/replace our medication but when they learned how widespread the problem was, they changed their mind and said while they know they should refund/replace, they do not have the financials means to do so. They have since changed their terms of service (without informing anyone) to accommodate separating themselves from the problem and to try to minimize the number of chargebacks they are facing. If you say anything negative in their online patient portal chat, they ban you from the chat and remove your comments. Patients that have left negative reviews here have also been banned from the Zappy patient chat feature. Chat posts and emails asking for updates have been met with radio silence. They are continuing to tell patients "from all that we've heard so far, the medication is safe to use" (from what they've heard from Ousia) and has not warned patients to retrain from injecting unknown medication that cannot be verified safe or sterile. Ousia vials only contain Ousia pharmacy information so if any other pharmacy compounded it, that information was stripped from the vials when Ousia relabeled or refilled the vials (Ouisa admitted to relabeling). We cannot verify who compounded our medication, if Ouisa is still compounding without the proper license, what the concentration is or if it was done legally or in a sterile lab. All this and Zappy is offering incentives to patients to buy 5 star ratings. Hundreds of Zappy patients are out hundreds and thousands of dollars and Zappy continues on. Run, there are plenty of other reputable telehealth companies out there to get your GLP-1's from.
