This is a complete RIP off! Do not waste your money. The zappers do not attract mozzies and are way overpriced.

An absolute scam. Takes your money before you confirm your order. No contact from company despite reaching out to UVBrite and Zappify. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible Customer Sevice - tried to cancel my order as soon as it was submitted as it was accidental. Replied the next day to tell me it would cost me a 15% surcharge - apparently that is buried in the T&Cs however I messaged immediately to explain and the ordered hadn’t been processed .

When I didn’t reply straight away they then advised the product had been shipped (next day) despite them knowing I didn’t want it and I’ve been charged full price . They haven’t provided any shipping or tracking information so no idea if that was true or where the item is.

Might not have worried as much about this if it wasn’t for the absolutely terrible reviews of the product left everywhere!

I can not believe how this product is marketed in a way to make people think it's a great product. So stupid of me to jump straight into making a purchase before looking up and reading reviews on the products. Order was easy and delivery came quick less than a week so now I guess like everyone else I will have to waste and spend time trying to return and getting a refund if possible. Pays to read reviews before buying anything online these days .

SCAM!!! Do not purchase anything from this company! Website makes out they are selling Australian products but reroutes at an American affiliate company. Was charged excessive postage and handling AFTER the purchase went through! I sent many emails to request the order be canceled and complaints about the dodgy charges post sale but got nowhere. They should be shut down, disgraceful!!

Total scam! Charged over $26 for shipping that wasn't disclosed until after making the purchase.

Ordered two units and was bombarded with an onslaught of pop ups/follow up ads that would make Bernie Madoff blush. Shipping charges were never disclosed until after you push the "Place Order Now " button. After finding out just how ineffective this device was (2 days), I called and waited on hold for over 25 mins waiting for an agent to generate a return materials authorization. Then was informed the $45 I was charged in shipping charges would not be refunded. The final caveat; I had to pay for return shipping 20 bucks more and a ridiculously lacking refund was sent to my credit card. This company is a Scam and the product was ineffective at killing even one mosquito in an area where my wife gets bitten ferociously every day. The BBB should shut this operation down now! PS - to add insult to injury, an email showed up after the return authorization was generated offering for me to buy the same product at a huge discount. Buyer Beware

The only bug this has caught was a moth which was attracted to the light. I have had this product right next to me while a mosquito makes a meal of me. I have had it next to our compost container in the kitchen hoping to attract and kill the fruit flies. Nothing. As far as I can tell the only thing it has been good for is as a very expensive nightlight in the bathroom. I feel like I was taken by the hype on their website with what I assume were fake positive reviews. Wish I would have seen the reviews here first.

The only reason this is a one star review is because I had to give it something or I could not proceed. I originally ordered this product in May 2024 and have been emailing back and forth with them trying to get my issue resolved. I bought 2 Zappify 2.0 zappers. When received, the first zapper wouldn't even take a charge. The second would charge but didn't kill any mosquitos. When I reached out to them to find out about the refund process they totally ghosted my emails. Since I could not get any response from them I went through my credit card company to file a complaint. Only then did they offer me a 30% refund and said I could keep the zappers. Why would I want products that never worked and only get 30% back? After emailing them back and forth with over 5 months and at least 30 emails they said they would refund me the full amount and to mail the product back and asked me to send a copy of the receipt for the mailing. After doing this they then said that the courier I used was out of their control and they couldn't refund me for the shipping - I used the US Postal Service! Since purchasing these products I have investigated further reviews and I am shocked how many others had a very similar experience as I did. If I can save one person from being scammed by this company I will at least feel like I received some justice. This company should be ashamed of themselves and I am embarassed that I was sucked into their web of fradulent activity and disception.

Horrible purchase. Worked for a couple days. Tried the email address, which only worked after multiple attempts, after trying to reset the device, but they refused to supply a replacement or refund. Worst purchase ever. A scam.

I ordered 1 product but was charged for 6. I am on a limited income, and they told me that the order has been placed. I ordered late last night and texted them, BUT that didn’t matter to them. It’s a scam. They are anxious to sell and it doesn’t matter to them if you are scammed!!

Not a single bug even bothered. Tried to cancel immediately after ordering because I saw reviews and I was denied.

Don’t believe the ad’s hype. They do nothing! Light works well but bugs zapper never zapped anything on multiple camping trips. Junk!!

Product is absolute garbage and would not recommend wasting your money. Customer service did not respond to a request for a refund until 90 days from my initial email. After which they fraudulently claimed I did not request my refund within 30 days of their return policy which was a total lie, and I even sent them a screenshot of my initial email to which they responded again that my request was outside the 30-return policy.

Purchased Zappify. Product looked like it would be great.

ONE MONTH - no communication, then a few days after disputing the charge, item magically arrives.

NEVER GOT RESPONSE, no emaii, nothing.

Items did NOT work - utter garbage.

DO NOT BUY Zappify - doesn't hold a charge, doesn't attract / kill mosquitoes.

Tried to return it - return policy is also BS - won't accept returns UNLESS you email them to get address (within LIMITED TIME WINDOW) AND if you return without having correct address, they won't accept it.

Sent email request for address - NEVER EVER EVER got a response.

You would be better off setting your money on fire, which would almost be more beneficial than that ripoff scammy garbage.

I placed an online order at 1:00am two days ago, but did not get to review the order prior to them placing it automatically. They added additional chargers that I would never have purchased and was shocked at the final price. I stupidly didn't look at reviews online prior to placing this order. I immediately tried to cancel it, at 1:30 am, but got the response, sorry it cannot be canceled for it has already been fulfilled. I communicated with their customer service via email, for they do not have a telephone CS #, and got an automatic reply saying orders cannot be canceled. I must pay for the shipping charges to return plus numerous add on fees that they do not define how much they will be upon receiving product once returned. This is a scam company and I feel upset and foolish for making such a purchase. Buyer beware!!

The product does not work. There are other reviews online that are obviously hoaxes. The reviews are LIES. DO NOT Order this product. I have tried them for 2 months.

The product does not work. I tried several nights side by side with other devices. zappify killed 0 mosquitos while the other devices killed a lot. Total waste of time and money.

I give this a 0. Do not waste your time. My husband, who has had a stroke, started to order this online but it kept having pop ups asking if he wanted to add things to the order. He got upset and frustrated and was trying to back out of the order. It wasn’t letting him back out so I checked our credit card and there was a pending charge. I immediately emailed them to cancel the order because that is the only contact info they give you and I emailed PayPal to cancel the charge and they replied that We had to give the company time to reply. When the company replied back 1 day later we were told it was too late to cancel because the order had processed. We received the product fairly quickly and decided to check it out rather than waste more money shipping it back. To add insult to injury the darn thing doesn’t even work. It says a display is supposed to come on but nothing comes on it doesn’t do anything. The thing was supposed to cost $29.99 and we were charged $48.94. Now we have to pay to ship it back. It is going to wind up costing more in shipping fees then what we paid for the thing. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!!!!!
