This thing is a joke!!!! Several hours now and Not one bug of any kind has been zapped tho Ive been bitten several times. The flies and bugs land on the thing sometimes and just sit on it even inches away from the unit bugs don't get sapped or even scared away. Now its a hassel to try to get my money back because the company seems to be hidden . I cant find out where to get my money baaaaaack. The company will also add on some kind of courtisy levey of $5 just before shipping is figured in????????

DO NOT BUY! Bought 5 items, they BARELY work. Additionally, one of the items did not charge and customer service said they would replace it. I never received a replacement and they have now stopped responding to any emails.

The product is a scam. Emails and Phone # provided are not valid, One unit won't charge, the other unit hasn't caught 1 single bug. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 zaplify bug zappers. Only 1 out of the 2 would take charge. I live by a pond and river. This spring has been really wet and you can't go outside because the mosquitoes are so bad. I hung the only one that would charge up last night. It did not get one single bug, nothing at all. This product is total garbage.

Really pretty much a “0”. I don’t know why I keep trying but this, to me, is worthless. I get about a dozen moths overnight. I guess my mosquitoes are on a different frequency than the three frequencies Zapify claims is so beneficial. I even used an Octenol disk. Any 5 star ratings or reviews are planted.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! these units do not work.i live in sw Louisiana where you have to wear mosquito repellent like deodorant to go outside.i bought 4 units.one stopped charging after 2 days.the others I expected to be full of dead mosquitos,NOT!!! when I emailed the company I get no response,and I have sent several emails you are better off buying a traditional bug zapper

Zappify Z20 does not work.
Zappify Customer Service does not reply to e-mails.
If this is an example of Chinese manufacturing, I don't think we have anything to fear from Chinese military weaponry.
(I don't know how Zaplify got dragged into this review. I clearly stated Zappify in the subject line)

2 out of 4 ordered arrived dead and would not ever operate. The others failed killing only 5 mosquitos during 2 nights where there was no shortage of mosquitos to be had. One of the 2 that initially charged up failed to charge up and was dead after that 2nd night. Customer service is only offered via an email address and they did not ever reply to it

This product is a scam. One out of two purchases worked. The. Company does not get back to you, even if you were sucked in to buying the warranty. It has caught two gnats near my pond. Do not buy.

This was supposed to be for zappify not zaplify. It (zappify) does not work. It is a scam. Charged it to 100, even left it plugged in. It got ZERO mosquitoes and not for a lack of mosquitoes, we have plenty!!!!!! I will throw it in garbage!!!!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP!! Don’t spend your money with them. Plenty of other good companies to use. 😡

I bought three of them. One lasted about 4 days. I am plugging in the 2nd and it doesn't work at all. The 3rd one has just been put into action. Let's hope 1 out of 3 works.

Terrible experience ! They added hidden fees that didn’t show until AFTER the purchase was completed. The shipping/handling didn’t show and you couldn’t go back to review. They charged $26.85 shipping. My purchase for 3 Zappify for $89.99 ended up costing me $121.83. Then to add to the misrepresentation and hidden fees, it took 16 days for the package to be delivered. That is TOO much to have charged $26.85 for the cost of the shipping ! I realized immediately that there were charges not disclosed so I tried to cancel the order, literally within 2 minutes. I received a message stating the order could not be cancelled. MY BIGGEST MUSTAKE WAS NOT READING THE MANY COMPLAINTS FILED AFAINST THEM. The very complaints I had were right in front of me from others. I was definitely “mechanically rotated”, or better known as screwed by the company. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ! READ EVERY COMPLAINT AND DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE A BUNCH OF US MADE! They have it rigged where the HUGE shipping fee doesn’t show until AFTER you have completed the purchase.

Customer service is non existent. This company does not honor their warranty at all. Bug zapper does not do what is advertised. May work for mosquitos, do not know because I bought it for flies. Wanted to return the product - company will not respond to emails. Worst bug zapper I have ever owned.

This was the biggest waste of money ever.!!! A total farce. I never zapped one mosquito!! Wish I had stuck with Thermacell . Unfortunately I bought 4. Big mistake. Don’t waste your money!

Took weeks to recieve.
What did arrive is a piece of junk.
Does nothing, barely lights up and not one insect was eliminated in 6 hours.

Total scam, doesn’t work at all and when you try and return first they offer a price reduction then they ghost you. Stay away from this company.

Within 2 days, I realized the Zappify product was not going to meet my needs especially during the day. I have tried to return the product for going on a full week, and they refuse to reply to my emails for return instructions. The website has no instructions for returning, but says they may be returned within 2 weeks in some places and within a month in other places...I have written every 2 days or so with no response. I want to return and get my money back.

Update: I heard back from Zappify, was given a return code and asked to send them back at my expense. Then I'm to contact them when tracking number indicates it was delivered. They said I would be reimbursed within 3-5 days. Re the product: it didn't work at all until dark, and then caught moths. No mosquitos.

I purchased a Zappify product and it arrived DOA dead on arrival. It would not charge, no lights came on, nothing. I contacted them several times to which they asked for a video demonstrating what the problem was. I sent them a video and still no response. This has been going on for 4 weeks. I can’t tell you if the product works. But the customer service is the worst I’ve seen. Do not buy from them.
