I was honestly a bit skeptical at…

I was honestly a bit skeptical at first, but Zanzo Casino proved me wrong. I ended up winning 675 SC and successfully redeemed it without any issues. Everything went smoothly and felt reliable. I’d definitely rate it 10/10 based on my experience.

Been waiting 1 month..still NOTHING

I have emailed them, as they said to do in my other reviewer. Still no response, still have not been paid. They deactivated my account over $50. If they can't pay $50 redemption, I'm going to assume they aren't going to pay any redemption. This site is HORRIBLE. And i will not change my review until I get a response.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much when I…

Honestly I didn’t expect much when I first signed up to Zanzo Casino, but it turned out pretty solid.

The signup was quick and easy, no weird issues there. I got the welcome bonus automatically which was nice (hate when you have to chase support for that lol). The games actually run smooth, especially the slots and the spin wheel — didn’t lag or freeze like some other sites I’ve tried.

One thing I liked is the layout, it’s simple and not confusing. I could find my balance, bonuses, everything without clicking around too much. I’ve had problems with other casinos where you can’t even find basic stuff.

I did a small redeem just to test and it went through, took a bit of time but nothing crazy. Support also replied when I had a question, not instantly but they got back to me properly.

Not gonna say it’s perfect, there’s still small things they can improve, but overall it’s a good experience so far. I’ll probably keep playing here 👍

won around 900 bucks on here

won around 900 bucks on here, was paid 300 of it and then my account was closed/banned without any reason. They claimed it was promotional abuse, or systemic play, which was not the case whatsoever! I played very risky, on both table games and slots, using reasonably sized bets, going all-in sometimes. I was just very lucky, and they seemingly didn't want to pay me out! Avoid this one at all costs, they are dirty scammers.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could! RUN far away from this scam casino! I won and could only cash out $50 so I did. Only to find out they suspended my account, and can’t log in. Still haven’t been paid for my withdrawal which they claim only takes 3 business days. It’s been 12, lol. Customer support is a joke, and this is a complete scam website! Play casino that have reputation and can back up their reputation! I will be filing a lawsuit with my lawyers about this company and how they’re frauds and committing daily theft cases!

THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM!

UPDATE 03/26 : I finally received a response after 2 weeks later! The initial message stated “ Following a review, your account has been restricted in accordance with our platform policies and compliance procedures. As a result, access to certain features, including redemptions, is not available.

Regarding your purchase, we are currently reviewing eligibility for a refund.” Hahaha mind you, they NOT once started with let’s figure out the issue with your account and WHY the verification failed. The next part is they needed to review if I’m eligible for my own refund LMAO the email was absolutely absurd. It was like yeah we locked your account, took your winnings and now we also have to review to give your own money back. Absurd. STAY AWAYYYY FROM THIS CASINO!

UPDATE 03/22: I decided to reach out to their customer support via email and the email came back as exactly:

“There was a temporary problem delivering your message to support@ zanzo.com. Gmail will retry for 44 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.”

UPDATE 03/20: It’s been 5 business days, still no communication. No email, account still showing suspended.

UPDATE 03/19: It’s been 4 business working days, I have not received any email regarding that my account is under review. Reading these everyday updates should start warn you to stay away from this casino and how they’re conducting their business.

UPDATE 03/16: No communication whatsoever that my account is under review. No email, account still appears suspended.

UPDATE 03/14: I haven’t even received any email saying that they are reviewing my account. Account still suspended. I’m just keeping track of their behavior so you can make your own conclusions. I will keep updating.

This casino is a joke lmao! SAVE YOUR MONEY! I won $310, I decided to redeem it, immediately the balance went from $310 to $300. I said “oh ok it’s okay, maybe it was my eyes.” Then, I exit and reentered the website again and when I went to redeem again, my balance was $295. Lmao then I said “hmm… this is mad sketchy.” Then, I was asked to verify myself. Completed verification, when I went to redeem, guess what? Account suspended 🎉🤣 WAIT there is more? It said to reach out to customer support for assistance, I did. The customer support agent almost seemed so used to this happen, I should have read more about them. They’re running a scam 🙃 I’m not worried about the winning because it will find its way to me, just sad how slimy they are BUT let me save you the trouble. Avoid this casino and pay attention to tell tell signs that some of these casinos are running a full blown scam, this advice is for the reader and myself. Play at your own risk.

So I had high hopes for this company

So I had high hopes for this company... until I won $550. . I had to do 10+ $50 redemptions because they only do it in 50$ increments. I was sent 1 $50 redemption and they proceeded to cancel the other 10 and no it didnt go back onto my account... it was taken by this shady company and literally stolen from me. Do not play on here. If it seems to good to be true then it probably is.

Very good customer service for a brand…

Very good customer service for a brand new casino, and YES they do pay redemptions!!! I didn’t even have to purchase coins before my first redemption and they granted me a 50 sc withdrawal within the day with no issues. Definitely recommend zanzo it will be a great casino in the near future !!

The only reason why ZanZo doesn’t…

The only reason why ZanZo doesn’t easily nail a “5/5 stars” rating from me is because they are missing some of what I would refer to as “the necessary quintessential providers” when it comes to running the full gambit of slot variety that caters to just about any genre of an online slot player.

For example: It would be nice to see Hacksaw, Rogue, NoLimit City, etc being hosted on Zanzo to add some additional variety.

PS. I don’t know about the guy who gave a two star rating sighting waiting forever for customer service to respond… because I’m not being hyperbolic or facetious at all what I’m saying that after you type your email in and initiate customer service I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait any longer than 45 seconds before my boy “Jhon” shows up in so any variety of issues that I may have sought to address etc.

Not to mention it’s likely still being run as a sign up bonus of 25SC upon sign up in verification, so, I don’t know what the faahhk you’re waiting for… Get on it!
