Had this from early 2025 and was so pleased with it I added another year in Janaury this year...it was then that it all started going wrong in March...I'd not even got 2 months into the new subscription and suddenly I lost Premium. I'm quite patient so I gave them a chance to fix it and eventually I was added onto someone elses family account (Which I didnt mind as it kept my original user profile intact with all my playlists).
This lasted all of one week and I lost Premium again as the main account I was added to must have been shut down by Spotify - that was on April 21 and I havent heard anything since other than the automated Bot replies via Whatsapp... I dont want a refund or any of that - I just want what I paid for and I still have between 10 and 11 months of Premium that I am entitled to... I cant even run the service using a VPN set to Egypt cos my car settings wont function using a VPN so as thats the place I use Spotify most, its left me in limbo with no one answering emails or whatsapp...not happy

Do not buy!! Spotify working only 1 week!!!!

Unfortunately I have to,write this. P;ease avoid z4keys. Starting to rip people off, myself and my son both had Spotify account for a year six months came stopped working and with no response from him. Until this happened was very good indeed but now AVIOD. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Having 2 years of perfection unfortunately the third year , has been a disaster, lost Spotify 4 times , and this time doesn’t look like it’s coming back , the website is also down, so for now avoid 😩

I bought a 6 month plan. Worked for a month. Stopped working. Messaged them with no reply. Two weeks later I was told it has been fixed but it had not. Have messaged four times in the last two weeks and I've been completely ignored and no refund. Avoid these people!

The initial communication was good and the prices were very competitive. It’s not until things go wrong that Z4Keys let themselves down. I brought their Spotify 12 month duo which went down after 8 months. I chased Z4Keys on a number of occasions but constantly received the same cop out email of “don’t chase us, we’re working on it….”
3 months later it still hadn’t been fixed, Z4keys still hadn’t replied to me so I went elsewhere and brought another 12 month plan.
They are good if nothing goes wrong!

Paid for 6 months Spotify didn’t even get 5 days and was deactivated. No reply to WhatsApp or email. Avoid

Would have left a zero if I could. Had Spotify, lost it twice, asked for a refund twice, no refund. I paid for 12 months in March it worked one week. Poor communication and customer service. AVOID

Since I’ve renewed I now have adverts on my Spotify account

Absolutely 💯 scam, paid 4 days ago and spotify hasn't worked at all an won't reply to emails or wattsapp.

Second time account gone down. Promised a fix in 4 days. Paid for a year in December. Really does look like a scam. Very disappointed

Had a spotify account, stopped working promised be fixed, it was fixed for 4 days then went down again, asked for a refund, now I'm being ignored, AVOID SCAMMERS

Attrocious. Bought a youtube account and it was almost constantly down. No more than a few weeks at most would pass, usually much shorter and it would go down. I'd ask support for help and it would usually take several days for an answer. Asked for a refund on WhatsApp over a week ago and still waiting on a response. Meanwhile they consistently post apologies that they are trying to fix accounts but they don't have time.
Avoid this mob!!

Excellent service fast and admin extremely helpful

I've been using the service for the past 2-3 years and it's incredibly difficult to get a hold of anybody. They don't check their WhatsApp. My TV service I bought with them lasted 3 weeks and no one is answering my request. BEWARE!

I would have given 5 * but had to wait a long time for the account to be upgraded. I hope the service remains intact for the duration and if so wouldn't hesitate to renew

Software stopped working, then ignored my complaint,

Pagué por una cuenta Premium Duo por 1 año, a las 2 semanas me la cancelan, varios días después me "resuelven" dándome una cuenta familiar que a los siguientes 10 días me vuelven a cancelar. En este punto solicité un reembolso que ellos mismos ofrecieron darme y nunca lo hicieron, en su lugar me dieron una cuenta de Spotify como miembro de una familiar, misma que ya saben.... volvieron a cancelarme a los pocos días. Al momento de escribir esta reseña, sigo a la espera de que me reembolsen el dinero pagado. Ya no responden ni correos, ni WhatsApp. Una vergüenza total !!
