I had a good experience with Yugo. I was very nervous before visiting their office, but after my visit I was very confident. Zahra coordinated with me the whole time and Maida from processing team was responsible for the completion of my application. I am very happy with Maida and Zahra and their cooperation throughout the process. I see a lot of negative reviews which surprise me a bit but anyway, I had a good experience and I am putting the facts here.

Hello, my name is Ajaz Gill, my experience with Yugo team was very good. Especially Miss Eman and Miss Aruj are very cooperative, they both properly guided me during my file preparation for Europe tourist visa and they guided me in whole process till my biometric and file submission.

Long story short: save your time and money and avoid these people at all costs.

If you have the time, here’s the full story.
I had planned an international trip during the Christmas season, specifically to Germany around 25th December and then to Paris for New Year’s Eve. I discussed these plans with them back in September and clearly communicated that I can apply for leave only once a year, and this was my only opportunity to travel.

Everything seemed fine until I made the payment. Once they received 1 lakh in advance, their responsiveness completely changed. I had to follow up multiple times, and most of the time there was no response. They finally managed to get me a visa appointment in early December, which was already very late considering my travel dates.

To make matters worse, they submitted incomplete documents and did not properly guide me on what to carry or prepare. My travel itinerary was from 21st December, but the documents were submitted on 10th December, leaving barely a week for processing, whereas embassies usually take 2–3 weeks. Because of this poor planning and incompetence, my visa was refused.

As a result, I’ve lost my only chance to travel this year and will now have to wait another full year to apply for leave again.
On top of everything, they have still not processed my refund despite repeated follow-ups.

I’m sharing this as a last resort to help others avoid going through the same experience

I had a very bad experience with Yugo Service.

The main issue was not the company itself, but the inexperienced and irresponsible staff handling my case. I was charged excessively high fees, yet the level of service was extremely poor.

The staff clearly lacks proper knowledge and documentation skills. There was no proper planning, no professionally prepared cover letter, and multiple documentation issues throughout the process. Even basic tasks like printing documents were done by me personally, which raises a serious question about what the service charges were actually taken for.

Due to this poor handling and unprofessional approach, my passport record has been negatively affected, which is a serious matter for any client.

I strongly advise the company to hire educated, trained, and responsible staff, as careless handling of visa cases can cause long-term damage to clients.

This feedback is being shared so that the company can improve its internal processes and prevent other clients from facing the same issues.

If you value your money, sanity, and basic self-respect, STAY AWAY. What we went through with these people wasn’t just bad service… it was a full-blown nightmare. Their entire operation feels like it’s run on lies, confusion, and pure incompetence 🤯😡.

They talk big in the beginning, throw fancy promises at you, and act like they’ll take care of everything. Reality? They charge FIVE TIMES MORE than normal consultants and then vanish like they were never there in the first place 💸💸💸🤬. Their sales team is absolutely clueless about the real process. They don’t listen, they don’t understand, and they definitely don’t care. They’re only trained to push you into paying the full amount upfront. That’s their favorite trap.

And once you pay?
Welcome to “the land of silence”.
No calls. No replies. No updates. Just you sitting there like an idiot while they play hide-and-seek with your money 😤📵🔥. They drop your calls, put you on hold forever, and give you excuses so pathetic it’s almost insulting: “break pe hain,” “sick hain,” “call back later,” “employee change hogaya.” It’s like dealing with a circus.

And speaking of that circus… they keep switching employees like it’s some kind of rotating internship program. Every time you contact them, some new person picks up who has NO IDEA who you are or what’s happening with your case. Zero record-keeping, zero coordination, zero professionalism 😡🤦‍♂️. You literally have to explain your whole case from scratch again and again until you question why you even paid these people.They just took the money and disappeared behind excuses.

This wasn’t just bad service. It was disrespectful, careless, and outright scammy 🔥🤬.

Choose them if you enjoy stress, overpaying, and being treated like you don’t exist. Otherwise, run in the opposite direction. This place is a disaster. 🚨💥😡

On top of that — I paid them 21 May 2025 and they applied in November 2025. They first said visa fee is included and then later charged me more. Also tried to charge me double visa fee then I paid from my own card and showed them why you was charging me more.

Avoid like the plague. Was rejected from a Singaporean visa due to Yugo's negligent and unprofessional comduct. They didn't ask us for the required documents when submitting our application, and they decided to delay informing us of the visa rejection a week AFTER they had received, leaving us to incur cancellation fees.
