Installation of new septic tank alongside old one. The installation was completed in a minimum space and we were worried about damage to the garden. The guys that did the work were excellent in managing the job and our expectations with as little disruption as possible. All the STS staff have been excellent. Well done all. Mark Edwards runs a trustworthy good ship.

Our reaction to the initial information about the septic tank replacement scheme was “What’s the catch.” As it seemed the right thing to do for the environment we looked into it. I’m glad to say there was no catch, the new system is up and running with no cost to us, our only commitment to have it emptied annually .The contractors tried hard to cause as little damage as possible, not easy with all the rain we’ve had, and the site is already looking better.

I would highly recommend STS. If it seems to good to be true it usually is, but not in the case of STS upgrading your tank! A courteous and professional team who worked quickly and efficiently to upgrade three tanks for me. Good pre planning overcame all possible issues. No hidden costs or tied into contracts, quality units that STS continue to monitor and service. It's a no brainer!

Couldn't be more grateful to STS for what they've done. Our old septic tank was completely broken and a leaflet through the door suggested we could get a new one for free. Any sensible person is sceptical at this point, as we were, but the TL;DR is that house building companies buy 'green' credits, so someone still pays, just not you!

Mark and team did an amazing job. We live in a fairly inaccessible spot but they found a way to install, while being considerate of the established garden. They also had to take the outlet pipe around 100 yards to our exit point, which they managed with ease. All done in 3 days and we couldn't be more delighted. Thanks to all involved, highly recommend.

I am naturally a sceptical person with regard to these sorts of deals. However the replacement of our septic tank has proven everything it promised it would be. The company is easy to deal with and the guys who came to site were freindly and very focused on a quality job

I was wrong, not only installed at no cost to me but the company were very professional and extremely easy to deal with.

An excellent company to deal with - efficient survey, clear communications, and installation carried out by a team who really knew what they were doing and were motivated to do a good job. Very happy with the result - customer service and communication were particularly good.

They say if it's too good to be true, it's not true. Well not with septic tank solutions, they fitted me an advanced water treatment plant and brand new drainfield for free and yes I really do mean free. Mark's team were great guys and did a fantastic job from start to finish and it was a pleasure having them here. I would say if you meet the criteria do not hesitate to use Mark and his team cos you won't be disappointed, I can't recommend them highly enough

The whole project was seamless and very efficiently organised and carried out. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. The workmen kept me fully informed of what they were doing as the installation progressed and left everything neat and tidy when they had finished. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. They were a real pleasure to deal with.

Mark and his crew did a fantastic job installing our new septic tank system. The men were clean, tidy and polite and were considerate, keeping us informed at every stage. It's not very often you get something for nothing, but this scheme means you do, providing you fit the criteria, which we did! STS are a superb company. I got a free sewage treatment plant, yes free. It was installed with diligence and precision. Inspite of moving 40 tonnes of soil the site was as though they hadn't been. Thoroughly recommend.
