I feel beyond fortunate to have found Justin when researching buying a home in Italy. We began with a consultation where Justin was very clear and transparent about the service he would provide, his fees and what to expect from the process.

Throughout the entire process, Justin was a reliable communicator and always willing to clarify any questions as they arose. When I toured houses with Justin, I felt totally confident in his ability to communicate with other agents, I trusted his insights and observations as we looked at homes, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was able to see each home I was interested in viewing.

Once I found the perfect home for me and my husband in Como, Justin made sure every detail was attended to throughout the process from offer to closing. He kept us informed whenever we hit a roadblock, allowing us to navigate without stress or anxiety.

Beyond the home purchase, Justin helped with other necessary steps like setting up utilities so that our new property could be a live-able, full-time home! I couldn’t have asked for a more dependable and trustworthy advocate for such a big transition.

The icing on the cake is that Justin is a joy to be around, and he makes the process FUN - which is exactly what you want the experience to be when you’re making your dreams come true!

My son is 21 and was recently looking for a room to rent in Bologna for a student exchange. After we ran into a number of scams I decided to find a local Real Estate agent. I found Justin online. Justin was a great intermediate for us who helped us navigate the Bologna rental market and assisted my son in getting a codice fiscale, all at a very reasonable price. He is also a really nice person. If you need help navigating the Italian real estate or rental market, Justin is your man.

We can’t recommend Justin enough to anyone looking to rent or buy an apartment in Italy—especially if you’re coming from abroad. Ahead of our visit and move, he created a shared spreadsheet so we could collaborate on apartment listings, add notes, and prioritize options together. This level of organization made a huge difference and ensured our time in Italy was used efficiently during our two week visit.

Justin also took the time to explain how rental contracts work here, including important details and potential red flags we wouldn’t have known to look for on our own. He coordinated and scheduled apartment appointments, offered practical advice throughout the process, and was always clear, responsive, and professional. Thanks to his guidance and local expertise, we felt confident every step of the way and ultimately found a place we love.

Justin was amazing! He helped us navigate the rental market through many ups and downs that naturally come with the process of renting from overseas. He is knowledgeable, experienced, educated in the language and culture and just all around kind and friendly. Once we arrived in Italy he came with us to get several things set up including tax numbers, phone, electricity and water. We cannot recommend him enough!

I reached out to Justin to review a draft of a long term rental contract to make sure everything was standard and above board. We set a call up for the next day and he even offered to review the final contract before signing. His knowledge and expertise was reassuring as well as providing helpful contacts to help with insurance arrangements.

We were very fortunate to have Justin as our relator during our move to Italy. He was exceptionally helpful during the entire process from looking, obtaining an apartment, securing the lease and the follow up. After we got settled he has been very gracious and helpful with all the things we needed to get settled in Italy from Banking, transportation, phone service, ETC. We would not have had such an easy transition to our new life in Italy without him. I give him my highest endorsement and would recommend him to anyone moving to Italy !!!!

Due to a very unsatisfactory customer service experience with this agent, I felt compelled to withdraw my interest from the property I had been intending to purchase. I was therefore extremely disappointed and saddened to have to take this decision and I feel very sorry for the owners, who were so close to achieving the sale of their house.

My wife and I began a process of locating an apartment in Como, Italy. As citizens of the US, we had very little knowledge of how to go about it. We did a good amount of research and due diligence and reached out to various people/organizations for help and guidance. In a “small world” moment, we were introduced to Justin through a mutual friend. It became and continues to be a relationship we could not imagine.
Justin became our representative in Italy and provided unmatched assistance, guidance, support, comfort and insight to our search. His calming manner gave us such confidence. Justin went beyond our or any expectation in his work and communication. He walked us through each step, explained differences in how transactions worked, took care of getting required documents needed to enter into an agreement and all with his always supportive nature and friendly manner.
Once we found our apartment and signed the agreement, Justin then took charge of ensuring we understood each aspect of moving from an agreement to closing on the sale. Ours had its challenges but each was met with communication which gave us comfort that it would all work out in our favor.
Closing was very easy due to the work Justin provided – but then he kept going. Justin arranged for all of the utilities to be either transferred or established in our name and continues to be our advocate and supportive partner. While ours began as a business relationship, it became a valued friendship.
We recommend Justin with every confidence in his expertise and ability to move between Italian and English, thus making a very daunting purchase in a foreign country an experience we treasure all due to Justin!

Justin is incredible! So very detailed, informative and prompt in responses, even with significant time zone differences. I truly do not think we would be living in our wonderful apartment were it not for Justin! As newcomers to Italy it was so helpful to have someone lead us through the process who spoke both English and Italian. From to booking appointments to go see places, to handling negotiations and communications with the real estate company, to helping us to set up all utilities - we cannot imagine if we had not had Justin! He walked us through each step (we've discovered it's much more complicated here in Italy than in North America), provided wise counsel, helped us to understand all of the laws and nuances of renting a place here, and even had translated copies of the rental agreement (since our Italian is not very good yet). He is incredibly patient and was always very quick to reply to any and all questions we had. It brought a lot of security for us having him look towards our best interests and make sure that both the proposal and contract protected us as renters. After we moved in he continued to help us to sort out all of the utilities and other logistics of moving. Could not recommend him more and we continue to encourage all of our friends to use him if they are planning to rent or buy here.

He has helped us in every aspect of the move process—from setting up appointments to see apartments and handling negotiations to finalizing all the details related to utilities and other local requirements. His fluency in English and Italian helped us smoothly transition from the U.S. to Italy—our first permanent move abroad. He's also been very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Justin to anyone considering a move to Italy, especially if you don't speak the language fluently.
