Windows cleaned for the first time today after recently signing up. Graeme was friendly and did a great job. All the frames are now sparkling aswell as the windows. Whilst its more expensive than my last window cleaner, you get what you pay for and I am impressed with the service today.

I really don't know if it's due to incompetence or dodgy business practices, but I have tried unsuccessfully to cancel my window cleaning with no success so far.

04/03 - Signed up to their website (already having the window cleaning service) and went to My Services section...nothing. I emailed their Customer Services explaining that the service wasn't listed and I wanted to cancel.
06/03 - Jordon replied saying their website was under maintenance and if I provided my address and postcode he would close my account. Replied straight away.
17/03 - Received a text that the window cleaners would be arriving the next day. This is now a no-reply text service so god only knows how you're supposed to deal with this if you can't provide access. Followed up with Customer Services to let them know about the text and if they had actioned my cancellation.
18/03 - The window cleaners indeed turned up followed by a request for £15. Informed customer services of this and demanded they reply before the end of the day or I would take further action, as of writing this review, they still haven't replied.

So I am now out of pocket by £15 that I can ill-afford, and absolutely no idea how I can cancel this service that I don't want. Surely they can't get away with this?

I’m not sure about this company at cleaning windows but the driver are dangerous cutting in front of people almost causing me to have an accident with my child in the car ! I will make sure never to use this company and will let others know not to use it too!
It will be a good idea to be train any of the team to be well mannered and abbey to the road safety laws especially when displaying the company’s name!!!

Ben is 100% attentive and considerate to all the details of the house. We have a tiny window on the door that's actually really there just for décor but he made sure to not even miss that bit. Even the door looks refreshed now! Thanks Ben.

Had my windows cleaned for by Dean Bates today. Not only was he thorough, he was brilliant with some advice for the business and who to get in contact with. He showcased great standards and made minimal impact to customers throughout the clean, offering a friendly greeting/conversation throughout. Thanks 😀

Just had a quote and I’m super impressed. Jordan knocked on Friday was really laid back and not pushy which made me decide to choose them to come and clean my windows.

Jordan was super friendly, helped me set up the account really quickly and explained everything really well.

Only 4 stars for now as my first clean in expected shortly, once it’s done, if it’s to the same standard as the sales and set up the extra star will definitely be added!

Don’t trust doorstep quotes for window cleaning services. Given a quote for £20 to clean windows and conservatory. When window cleaning turned up he said it should be £60 and refused to do the work as agreed. Really poor service.

Absolute scam.
Request (and paid for) windows and frames to be cleaned front and back.
Guy turned up with a jet wash, sprayed water on the front window and door. Then left. Didn't even attempt to go to the back of the house. Complained and was offered 25% refund. Avoid like the plague.
