We never received our masks but we’re charged. I tried contacting the company multiple times but no one ever got back to me. I finally disputed the charge on my card. Appalling customer service.

These masks are great! I had a few masks from earlier in the pandemic and then ordered some more as no other was as good for the price. I like the double layer and adjustable ear loops so both my husband and I can use them. Also the adujustable nose bridge is great!

Great quality black cotton masks. Love using these masks as they are reusable, easy to wash, and super comfortable with its adjustable ear loops.

These are the only masks I keep coming back to!! Bought my first pair sometime in 2020 and since then I haven't been able to find any other mask with a nose bridge, filter opening, AND adjustable ear loops. I wear glasses so the nose bridge is suuuper important. I also never have any issues with washing these, I just throw them in with my regular load of laundry. Definitely my favourite most worn masks :)

I love the masks in general. However, the customer service is non-existent. I was shipped the wrong size of mask and contacted customer service several times. I never received a response.

Decent masks, Decent price. Rapid delivery. The only ones I've fit that fity long face and climb high enough to slide under my glasses to further prevent fogging.

I do wish they provided extras for the mini tubes that adjust the straps or had something to prevent them from falling off.
I'm also certain they could sell plenty of insert filters (especially washable) sized to fit in these.

These are my favorite masks. They easily adjust at the ears and the wire nose piece makes them comfortable. I loved them so much, I ordered more in 2021! Both of my orders came quickly without issues.

I’ve placed several orders over the last two years. They are priced well. Ship quickly. Excellent quality. They work well with glasses. I rarely have fog up issues like I have with other brands.

These are BY FAR my favorite masks. My son and I have to wear them all day and they are the most comfortable ones I have tried. My glasses don’t fog, I don’t feel claustrophobic and my 17 year old wears them all day at school without complaint.
I’ve recommended them to many, many clients who also love them as much as I do.

I have purchased 3 different orders from you and have been very happy with the first two. The last batch however had masks where a majority of the masks elastics snapped and became unusable. I bought a batch of 50 and 40 of them have broken. I have contacted you to explain this and have still not heard anything back from you. I need a new set of 50 for my staff. Will you be providing some sort of replacement?

When I’ve ordered these masks in the past they’ve been great but this time nearly half of the ear straps broke on this last order.

I've ordered several times now (apparently teenagers lose masks? ugh) and have been super happy with the product, ease of ordering and shipping speed! These are the only masks my kids will wear. They wash great ... just hang to dry and straighten out the wire so it draws flat and smooth.

The straps on my newest set of masks are breaking too often but they are comfy once I've fixed them
