Apple products are very good but extremely expensive to buy and awash with serious manufacturing flaws, almost criminal. However. 'FiX' can get your items fixed and are very good at what they do.

The service is amazing Owen was able to help with my phone he was very patient and polite he engaged in conversation with me he’s very friendly my phone was fix for a really good price and very quick it was so good for the money I paid for the repair Owen top notch guy

I was having trouble with my sent emails not showing in the sent box I went to Fix in Bridgtown who have helped me so many times in the past and once again Kirsty was able to find a solution for me. I have no idea what I would do without this fabulous company, they never make you feel a nuisance and no job is too small for them.

Came in with an iPhone issue as it was in boot loop and wouldn’t work. Couldn’t get onto my work laptop because phone would auth my laptop. Couldn’t get onto laptop to contact anyone. Was in a real tricky position and was going to London next day for a meeting. YourFix understood I was in a really difficult position and sorted me out. Shop closed at 5, I came in at half 4 and they dropped what they were doing to help. Explained the problem. Told me solutions to resolve and really fair on price. They really saved my bacon and calmed everything down and help me. Highly recommend. 2 customers were in line in front of me, and each left with a smile and understanding of the tech issues as was explained thoroughly. Tech people can sometimes make you feel stupid for not understanding things, but these guys are pros at customer service. Will go back for all my future iPhone needs.

I am very pleased with the repair that took place with the camera lens on my Motorola phone. From going into the store and booking in the repair, right to picking it up, I was treated with kindness, professionalism and respect. The communication was very good and I also received a short video showing that they had tested my phone as well prior to me picking it up. The prices are very fair as well. I would use this company again.
