I was very skeptical on this. So many fake pills out there. I have ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD. Basically when I'm down and out. This stuff is awesome! I'm writing a cheesy reviews, lol never thought I'd write. I can wait to take it again tomorrow, the focus and clarity is great, no anxiety or crash at the end of the day. It just works. Can't wait to see if it continues or if fades in time. One pill in the a.m. before eating. no gut rot and mostly no jitters at all!

Update: I tried mixing this product (Live it Grind) with 1Body Brain Support, and that did make a difference. I was definitely able to feel effects that I don't experience with 1body Brain Support alone, so there is something to this.
Unfortunately by the time I got around to trying this combination, I had already used up over half the bottle trying to get it to work on its own. So I ordered a 2nd bottle, and that one did absolutely nothing. I don't know if I got a bad batch or what, but no effects whatsoever from that one. I'm debating buying a 3rd bottle right now, because I did enjoy the effects from the first bottle, once I got around to mixing it with Brain Support.

Also, I saw a coupon code for this product on the internet, but their checkout page has no place to enter it.

I was pretty excited to try this product based on the reviews. I'll say after i took my first serving i promptly took the deepest 2 hour nap i could take. Not really what i was expecting for a brain supp. I continued on through the first week, 2 caps a dose. I expected a huge focused buzz but realized i was just more awake. I ended up mixing these with another product (black magic brain waves) and i came to enjoy the effects of focus on productivity. On top of that i had no problem sleeping at night. Also waking up on my first alarm, ready to go in the morning. I will say at the rate i took these for a noticeable effect, the bottle lasted 3 weeks instead of 4. On day one i thought i had a dud, but at the end of the bottle i think i'll try another.

Buyer beware!!! The product was never received. I requested a refund and the customer support team was awful. Telling me to go to the postal service to figure it out. They clearly know where it is they can retrieve their product. With payment in full it’s nothing but a fraudulent. Especially for the cost of the unreceived product. Terrible company.

They work. It's like another reviewer stated below, they're subtle, but they do worm. I have experience with supplements luke these and regularly take every supplements.

These aren't going to wire you out, but they will give you stamina to get through things more efficiently. My biggest takeaway from them is increased mental clarity when I'm tired. I feel like even my.vision gets sharper, I feel more observant and aware and my thought process is more sharp.

They might not be for everyone, but I notice a difference with them. I have not had to contact customer service.

These do NOT work as described at all. Matter of fact I had the complete opposite feeling. ZERO ENERGY!!! These pills made me extremely tired like I could sleep forever and non stop yawning. They take all what little motivation u have away! And yes I'm very healthy, 46 yr old woman, and work out daily. Thus is a load of crap and I want my money back. Extremely disappointed!!! 😥

First day I took one. No affects noticed. Second day I took two and it made me sleep for 3 hours. Weird right?
3rd day I took 1 again (all of these are without food per directions) and I have been so nauseous for hours. Vomited once and have felt awful.

Sorry I cannot write a real review. I placed an order 4 days ago, the sum of 57 euros was payed from my bank, but I didn't receive any email nor receipt or number order .
I wrote to support using the contact form and email, with no answer. Same on socials...
UPDATE: wrong email, now I received everything. So far so good.

I have taken many supplements over the years( 47 now....omg yep midlife crisis state lol) BUT in total honesty....this stuff is awesome!!! Totally recommend!!

I followed all directions and this is my honest review and experience. I very much wanted to love this product as it sounded amazing. First, I am a healthy individual that eats right, exercises, and has no medical issues. Here we go… The capsule is very large, I take other supplements daily, and the Grind capsule almost choked me. Also it is advertised as “one pill” daily but the bottle states that you need to increase the dosage over time to two or more pills per day to achieve the desired effect. A couple hours after taking one, I became very sick; dizzy, light headed, and nauseous, followed by a frightening visual disturbance in my peripheral, and then finally, an excruciating headache. This was an absolutely horrible experience!! Please be very careful and do your homework before taking this supplement. I will NOT be buying again.

Interesting response from the mfg. maybe they could take some time to respond to my emails requesting a return/refund as the say they have a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee???

Also with regard to your comment that your customers do not experience the types of problems I did, there is a very recent review below that describes a similar reaction as I had.

September 28, 2023 - I had to get my money back through my payment method; Youliveit NEVER responded!!!

Just wanted to say that I recently ordered, and provided the wrong email address. I contacted the support line and they helped me immediately, and made sure the verification got to my proper email the very next day. Haven't tried the supplement yet, but I have good things to say about the customer service.

I'm not going to lie. I understand how these supplements are supposed to work, and the claims seemed a little bit far-fetched. I did a little bit of research on the ingredients and decided to give it a try. Made my first purchase and it arrived in about seven days. Day one was noticeable day two, even more so and now I'm about 7 or 8 days in. I definitely notice a difference in my overall attitude and performance levels. I've been sharing my pills with a woman who is going through menopause and having a rough time at it. Her overall attitude and well-being has improved on the 3rd or 4th day of taking these. She feels more energetic, sharper mentally, and more hormonally balanced.

I think a lot of people who buy these pills, expect to take one and "get high" or get mentally altered. That's not what these are supposed to do. The changes are subtle and they improve with time.

Unlike similar products that do not pass through the brain/blood barrier and rely on the placebo effect for reviews (think dopamine in pill form) these don't appear to have any issues being absorbed and used by your body.

All of that to say I'm buying another bottle. And I will continue to do so till they stop working. If you want a buzz, you are better off drinking Monster or Red Bull. That's not what these are for.

I took one pill on an empty stomach as instructed, the first morning after I received the Live It bottle.
This was by far, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had from a supplement. Not long after taking one pill on an empty stomach as instructed, a major headache surfaced, then nausea & from there, the bad went to the very worse. I became very dizzy, light-headed, blacked out a couple of times when I sat up. My body temperature went way down to 96.2, my oxygen level went to 90, (always is 98-99). My blood pressure went so low, my husband wanted to take me to the hospital, along with the other symptoms that came from taking ONE pill. The lowest it went was 65/53. I felt awful. I went through all this for hours. Blood pressure has come up finally to 90/63, which for me is still low. Also through this one pill, (felt like I was dying ordeal), my heart rate went way down too.
WAY TO MANY THINGS TO HAPPEN FROM ONE Pill. This is some bad stuff & needs taken off the market.
Please be careful. I honestly thought I was going to die.

I ordered them but realised the same day that the promises were too good to be true and canceled. I never heard back. I emailed them a few more times to cancel my order, zero response. A few months later I received the order. I didnt want to refuse the package cause chances were I was never getting my money back.

So okay, I tried one last week. I have not felt so on edge, shaky, stressed out, scatterbrained and unhappy in a long time.

After researching al of the ingredients - as I should have done before purchasing - I realized its just like 6 Red Bull in 1 pill, some other ingredients which still need to be researched in terms of effect AND safety, and even 1 ingredient that is banned by the FDA.

This supplement is UTTER BULLSH*T if not dangerous and there is zero customer support. Do not waste your money!!!!

I am so sorry to put a bad review, but I have gotten no response from customer service. My order said it was delivered, but we never got it. It says to contact them if you don't recieve your order. I have tried to contact them for over a week and have not gotten any response back. Now I am stuck paying for an order I never received. Hopefully they will see this and respond. My order is #62196

I’ve ordered during pre-order and still received my product, though there was the delay of their having to literally make it.

People are genuinely ignorant to what it takes to run a business, much less a successful one.

First purchase was great, felt great after using the product.

Decided to order another bottle, misread the ship date on the preorder, then decided to preorder a third so that I would be stocked up. Ship date has come and gone with no product, and zero responses from customer service.

Bad look live it.

I made a purchase on June 18th. I decided against my purchase shortly after and sent an email requesting a refund. It is now the 4th of July and I have not heard anything back. It's not even a case of me needing to return the item either. All they need to do is reverse the transaction, because it was for a pre-order, and they haven't sent the product yet. I saw the negative Trust Pilot reviews after making the purchase and thought "oh great, I better not get bad customer service as well", and here we are over 2 weeks later and I have heard nothing. I have never made a Trust Pilot review, but they haven't answered my emails, so I'm hoping they will see this and refund me. If you are reading this, please respond to me and refund order #61945.

My name is Gregory Smith Order# 60505.
I bought this product back in April and realized this product wasn't for me.
So, on May 1st I requested a refund and it took almost a month to get a response so I could follow their instructions on how to return the product back to them.

I mailed their product back to them on May 31, 2023 and according to the usps tracking they received the product back on June 2, 2023.

I have sent 8 to 10 emails try to get my refund back!

I have been patient believing that Live It Grind will do the right thing and honor their policies.

I know there may be times that companies get behind, short staffed, or may be even lost track of an email that was sent.
