Other companies need to take a Tea Leaf from Yorkshire Tea in making their customers feel valued.
I am very pleased with the response to my complaint regarding split tea bags. Shortly after sending my email to the customer services department, I received an acknowledgement to say the matter was being looked into. The following day I received an email that explained the situation, a thanks for bringing it to their attention and an offer of replacement of the goods. The email was personal to me not the usual blanket response. I even received another email to say they were grateful that I am a loyal Yorkshire Tea drinker. It is wonderful to feel appreciated as a customer and communicate with a person not a Chat Bot. Other companies need to take a Tea Leaf from Yorkshire Tea and follow their example of how to value their customers.

Issue Raised with Customer Service
I raised an issue with the customer service team and it was dealt with quickly, efficiently and without any fuss by both Rachel & Emily. Response times and communication was excellent from start to finish. Truly a great example to other companies of how a customer service team should be run. Top marks to the team.

Yorkshire Tea - top customer service
Yorkshire Tea is the only tea I drink and when I experienced a few tea bags that didn’t want to perform their duties I contacted customers services to make them aware. Because how can a company know something is wrong if you don’t tell them right?
I was contacted within a couple of hours with an explanation and some fresh tea bags in the post. Can’t wish for anymore than that.
