I have over $20 in credits with York Photo and went to use them today only to learn that the company has closed and their successor is not accepting the credits. Why was I not mailed a notification of closing???

Uploading photos is slow and time consuming.
Price is reasonable.
Timeliness of print and delivery is good.

I ordered graduation announcements and paid extra for two day shipping. It took over a week to get the announcements. I needed more but was concerned about the amount of time to get them. I wrote to customer service telling them I had received the announcements late. I said I need to order more and wondered how long it would take to receive them if I ordered more. The only response was a defense of the late arrival. They could have easily said I’m so sorry to hear about your experience. I could have them out to you by next Wednesday or Thursday would that work? Instead it was a rude reply and very condescending. I have used York Photo for years and recommended it to many. This will no longer happen.

I ordered 5 16x20 pictures and 2 11x14 pictures. The quality is really good. They were all packaged really well and they were delivered within a week of ordering. I will use this company again in the future for any other photo needs as I am very impressed with my experience.

I love York photo. They are the original photo film developers. They have modernized beautifully. I shop their "deals". If you are patient then whatever you want will be on sale. I have gotten lots of their fleece blankets as gifts and everyone loves this gift. I put pictures of dogs on them or the favorite son.... hugely popular. They are always fast on the shipping and just as ordered. Love York!

Great quality. I ordered the custom fleece blanket when there was a wonderful deal. I tried not to have high expectations, but it turned out beautiful. The pictures turned out very well. I was afraid to wash it, but I cannot tell if it has faded or not! Love it.

I am very pleased with my family calendars. The paper is a nice, cardstock weight, and the colors came out clear and beautiful. The spiral binding is nice and the order came quickly. All very much a good value for the money.

A couple years in a row now my ornaments are not top quality. They make you check the box that all is lined up, in boundaries, etc. But when I get them they are not lined up. I buy these as presents...too late to get more. They said I could ship back for refund but then i have no present in time. Very disappointing, repeatedly now. Better quality control!

The quality was excellent as was shipping times. The only reason why I don't give five stars is because their Christmas card templates have no overtly Christian choices. I'm not looking for something preachy, but a Nativity scene or something related would be great to have available. After all it is "Christ"-mas.

My photo books turned out exactly as I expected! I ordered 3, and one had a tiny flaw on the cover. I contacted York through email. I received a response in less than 15 minutes and a new book was shipped immediately. I really appreciate terrific customer service!

My order arrived defective and customer service was amazing in helping getting it resolved, and so that I got the item in time for Christmas. York Photo is the best!
