Amazing customer Service even if I could not get what I needed

I tried to use this service in Italy, but with my bank it was not possible to sinc some details. It's unfortunate but the customer service gave me the best support. The problem was not their fault (it is my bank's fault) but they offered to help me no matter what. Thanks a lot, I'll be a customer in the future!

Yorba talks a good game but the whole service is basic. Aside from a nice looking UI, it offers very little. There is nothing intelligent about the process; it's extremely manual. Essentially, this service does nothing more than scan your emails and plug them into a nice interface. It just brought up every email address that was in my inbox, nothing to help sort a general reply from an address that I have an account with. Waste of money.

Definitely think there's a huge need in the market for a product like this. Slightly biased assessment, but not inaccurate!

Great communication. This senior citizen finds it easy to use & I have cleaned up my digital presence. I also like the monthly goals & scores. 👍

Product could not scan yahoo, my primary email. Product also required using third party i did not trust to scan my financial fata. Product was inferior to my expectations laid out on yorba website. It was not plug and play and required ypu to message customer service depts and do legwork that i would have had to do without signing up for yorba. The product did nothing toward my goals

Yorba offers multiple great services but I was thrilled with seeing all of my unused subscriptions. I don’t want some store that I bought 1 thing from 5 years ago having access to my data. Hop on board the Yorba train and declutter.

Having Yorba declutter my online footprint is great - I just have to review things and it's great. I also like how it tells me what accounts have had data breaches, so I can correct that as well. Safety is great - and Yorba delivers.

I really like the way the data is displayed, and this service made me aware of a bunch of mailing lists and services I am subscribed to. It is kind of scary the number of places where your data is spread across the internet.

Amazing product! I was surprised to see my email address is registered to 250+ log ins! I was also able to see what email subscriptions were useful to me and those that were not. I easily unsubscribed to those I didn’t need. Definitely cleared out receiving unwanted emails. Useful and relevant to todays digital world! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I like keeping things short, I'm a minimalist.

For now, I like the service. The UI is aesthetically pleasing. It is fairly straight forward, navigating the UI and the process of deleting accounts. I like that it provides steps for deleting an account.

Now, what I don't like.
As I said above the UI feels FAIRLY straightforward to navigate. I feel like it could still be improved, like have less buttons and for things to require clicks. 2) I feel like it hasn't found most of my old accounts that I don't use anymore. I remember creating tons of accounts and, there just isn't that many in the list. If I'm correct, this finds your accounts based on your mail inbox. That means that it won't find accounts from websites from which I deleted the mails (As a minimalist, I like keeping my mail inbox clean, deleting mails and unsubscriving). Lastly, since I am sharing very sensitive info with a service, I want it to be using top of the line privacy policies and practices. It appatently IS, but I am an average person who isn't going to check it deeply. I'll wait for my favorite r/privacy geeks to do it for me.

I love the simplicity of Yorba. It gives me everything I want to know in easy to digest updates and allows me to manage my accounts easily!

Transparency Means Trust. Yorba is open, honest, and transparent about how they use data, which is not at all! They don't keep anything on their servers, so there's nothing there to "hack." It's brilliant, honestly.

Great product, is really delivering what they say they do. Top notch quality.

Throughout the years of my life with the internet, I've somehow managed to keep using the first email address I ever created until today. On the flip side, this means countless websites that I deemed trustworthy as a 15-year old have the email address I still use to date. Yorba is life-changing from this perspective since it pulls everything you ever subscribed to and helps you take action through the smoothest user experience and commitment to safety of your data.

I often struggle with tools that can keep my digital lift organized. They accomplish 25-50% of what I need and to me it feels like i'm making things worse when I have to invest in 2+ tools just to stay organized.

Yorba has really thought through so many bits and pieces and it's clear the team is really focused on incorporating user feedback. It has truly made my very hectic digital life better, guiding me to make responsible decisions to not only organize but protect myself and my online presence.

Yorba will change your life. I could finally unsubscribe from hundreds of annoying mailing lists with just a few clicks. I could also finally see all the paid subscriptions I have and get rid of the ones I didn’t even know I was still paying for. I feel more in control of my data and who gets to use it. In a world like the one we live in, everyone needs to get Yorba and take back control of your data.
