Making Memories Mallorca!
My husband and I recently had an absolutely unforgettable experience with YOLO Tours Mallorca on the “Villages and Tastes of the Tramuntana” private tour. After taking 88 cruises since we began cruising in 1978, we can honestly say this was one of the finest private excursions we have ever experienced anywhere in the world.

Our guide, Ernesto (“Ernie”), was simply outstanding. His knowledge of Mallorca, its history, culture, villages, and hidden treasures was remarkable, but what truly set him apart was how genuinely caring and attentive he was throughout the entire day. This was not a scripted or rushed tour. It truly felt private, customizable, relaxed, and thoughtfully designed around us.
The beauty of the Serra de Tramuntana was breathtaking. Every stop seemed more spectacular than the last. We especially loved wandering through the charming mountain villages of Valldemossa and Sóller, each filled with character, history, flowers, stone streets, and incredible scenery.
One of the highlights of the day was a relaxing lunch with spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountains. The scenery was absolutely stunning, giving us time to simply soak in the beauty and peacefulness of Mallorca.
Another unforgettable moment was relaxing with coffee in the beautiful square of Fornalutx, often called one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. Sitting there, surrounded by the mountains, sunshine, and a peaceful atmosphere, felt like something out of a movie.
Ernie personalized every detail of the day for us. He gladly stopped for coffee breaks, shopping opportunities, an ATM stop, and even helped us pick up a wonderful bottle of local wine. Most importantly, his kindness and patience in helping my husband, who has some mobility issues, meant more to us than words can express. He never made us feel rushed and constantly adjusted the pace to ensure we could enjoy every moment comfortably.
After 16 wonderful days crossing the Atlantic aboard the beautiful Celebrity Xcel, this tour was the perfect ending to our journey.
