Ignore their customers

FOLLOW UP comments: Yolo have only replied to me since seeing this review. Their website clearly stated on the product (and still states) "in stock - order by 3pm get it tomorrow" and then further down *This product is a special order item with lead times of 1-2 weeks* - so still showing the misleading and confusing information. If they won't answer customer queries how are customers to know which option actually applies to the product.

They are once again ignoring all forms of communication. They have not confirmed that my order will be/ has been dispatched. I have therefore requested the order to be cancelled as it has not been the 2 weeks and still no goods. I have advised that if the order is not cancelled and refund issued my card provider will be contacted to initiate a charge-back.

This is regarding Order Number: 79745/010426/96
messaged a query about a product (EcoSolvent Printable Flock) prior to purchase as website listing confusing - states in stock for same day dispatch but also has a 1-2 week wait.
Didn’t receive a reply.
Need the product so purchased in 1st April 2026.
No movement on the order so messaged 2nd April 2026 with the same query.
Again no reply.
This is not good practise for a business and does not fill me with any confidence that I will actually get said order at all.
Keeping a close eye on things and if needed will initiate a chargeback.

The product you ordered is clearly listed as a special order item with a 1–2 week lead time, which can sometimes cause confusion alongside general stock messaging — we appreciate you highlighting this and will review how this is displayed to avoid future misunderstandings.
Your order was placed on 1st April, and your follow-up message was sent on 2nd April. We were then closed for Good Friday, which has slightly impacted response times. At the time the review was posted, your message had only been with us for one working day, and we always aim to respond as promptly as possible.
Please be assured your order is in progress, and we have already taken steps to expedite this for you where possible. We are a genuine business and fully committed to fulfilling all customer orders.

We would like to clarify the situation regarding your order 79745/010426/96.

We did receive one initial email from you prior to purchase, which again as previously stated fell just before the Good Friday and Easter bank holiday period, during which we were closed. We responded as soon as we were back and have since also been in contact with you via Instagram, which appears to be your preferred and only method of communication.

The product was clearly marked in red text as a special order item with a 1–2 week lead time, and based on this, your order was being processed accordingly. Despite this, we made efforts to expedite your order and also added a £20 goodwill credit to your YOLO account which you was advised of.

Following your latest review and request, we have now cancelled your order and issued a full refund. There had been no prior direct request for cancellation before this, but we have actioned this immediately to resolve matters for you.

The £20 credit will remain on your account should you wish to use it in the future.

We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied, however we have responded, taken action, and resolved this as requested. Should you have any further queries, we remain available to assist.

Very poor customer service!

I ordered an item at the weekend expecting it to be dispatched on the Monday, as stated on their website. It is now Wednesday and the order still shows as pending. I have tried contacting them through the website links and have not recieved any response or communication. There is nowhere on the site to cancel the order and I have now lost customers due to not being able to fulfill their orders. I just want to cancel and get my money back so that I can order elsewhere but I can't contact them. Terrible customer service, avoid this company and avoid disappointment!

Since seeing your review, we have been attempting to contact you consistently for the past two weeks via phone and email in order to resolve this as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we have not received any response. We have also left voicemails requesting that you get in touch with us.

We take customer service extremely seriously and would never ignore a customer request. If there has been any delay, we are more than happy to investigate and resolve it immediately, including arranging cancellation and refund if that is your preference.

Ikke den fedeste købsoplevelse

Betalingsløsningen på hjemmesiden virker ikke optimalt. Betaling går ikke igennem måtte prøve flere gange med flere forskellige kort.
Det er virkeligt irriterende nå firmaer udenfor EU ikke svarer dansk moms, så man skal betale 160 kr for toldbehandling på et køb på ca. 100kr.
Det er ok at jeg skal betale momsen men gebyret kunne undgås hvis firmaet var lidt fremme i skoende som de fleste andre UK internet butikker, som sagtens kan håndtere Dansk moms.

Tillæg efter svaret fra yolö.
Hvad angår de 160 kr afgift, nej dem kan jwg ikke blive fri for undtagen hvis i havde toldbehandlet købet. Jeg handler rigtigt meget på nettet og ikke kun i EU. Baladt andet en del værktøj fra UK. Her toldbehandler afsender og svare den danske moms. Så er man fri for at betale afgiften på 160 kr.

We’re sorry to hear that you experienced difficulty with the payment process. We have not received any widespread reports of payment failures, but we take this seriously and would appreciate it if you could contact us directly with further details (time of transaction attempt, card type, any error message received) so we can investigate this with our payment provider.

Regarding Danish VAT and customs handling fees, as a UK-based business shipping internationally, VAT and import handling are applied according to the regulations in the destination country. Orders shipped to Denmark may be subject to local VAT collection and carrier processing fees, which are unfortunately outside of our control. The 160 DKK fee you mention is a customs handling charge applied by the courier or Danish customs authority, not a charge retained by us.

We fully understand that additional import fees can be frustrating. However, these charges are determined by local authorities and shipping providers, and are not something we impose or profit from.

Happy long time customer

I've shopped with Yolo for years for my heat-press vinyl materials and every order has been spot on. Always super well packaged, with fast delivery and a great range of products and options for trying samples of different colours. Happy to recommend.

We are very concerned to read this, as we have received no prior contact from you regarding any issue with your order. If an item was missing or incorrectly sized, we would have expected to be contacted immediately so we could investigate and resolve the matter.

All of our vinyl is quality checked before dispatch, and sizing is cut according to the specifications ordered. We do not manufacture the material ourselves but supply from established brands and batches that are widely used within the industry.

As you have not provided an order number or any specific details, we are currently unable to trace your purchase or verify the issue. Please contact us directly with your order number, photos of the sizing issue, and details of the quality concern so we can properly investigate.

We are always willing to review genuine issues, but we do require customers to contact us directly so we can offer a fair and appropriate resolution.

Wow fast delivery

I've been after rhinestone flock for ages but could only find it in the USA but I came across it on YOLO creations and wow brilliant fast delivery will be ordering more soon .. good selection of vinyl too ... Thank you YOLO CREATIONS AAA++++. 10/10 💯💯💯

Excellent

I’m new to printing my own t-shirts with no idea how to go about it. I found Yolo website and got all the information and materials I needed. The excellent instruction sheets and advice on best material for specific jobs were clear. My order arrived within a day or two and my t-shirt was printed within three days of having the idea. Excellent service.
