MOLDY RICE - REFUSED REFUND - AVOID
Ordered Basmati rice which arrived completely covered in mold—a clear health hazard. Despite providing photo evidence, YogiMart (Sidhu Indian Foods GmbH) refused a refund because I did not have the original outer bag (batch number), even though the product itself is clearly defective and toxic.
Customer service is non-existent and hides behind arbitrary policies to avoid responsibility for selling spoiled food. Do not risk your health or money here.
