I recently left a negative review due to the very bad service I received in the Eger Yettel store. However, I had to return the following day for help with setting up the device I had purchased the previous day. This time the sales assistant (Dóra) could not have been more helpful and spent a considerable amount of time changing the settings for me. She was very friendly and polite and spoke English.

I‘ve waited more than 2 week, to become a mobilphone and sign a contract, because the phone was not abailable in the Shop, After that, they catch all my data, from ID, Passport, Email etc. After that, they told me that contracts with include phones are not availabe for foreign people.
Everything was canceled. Very Bad experience.

İ have one Shop in törökszentmiklos,the workers are so bad it's unbelievable,way the are so ugly and don't know what they have to do??? Yettel Hungary what the f.... İs your problem???

They can't provide you with a e-sim in a digital form. So you call they CC. Where they tell you, You have to go to the store, so they give you a QR code printed on a card, lol.

But the store happens not to have it on stock 😁The QR. Printed on a piece of paper. In 2026...

I ask them, which store has it so don't go sightseeing that day.. That they don't know.

So you go to another store. Where the employee is not too helpful on you case.. You ask why, he explains he does not get paid for this. "I only get commission if you want to buy a new subscription."
So you then leave the store without further questions and avoid this company for good...and never turn back.
BTW, most of their other attributes are terrible when it come to client satisfaction. It was allright while Telenor, but since the new owner, this company is going down. I hope, at least.
