Purchased a ywm-200 for some light home welding. Had a "magic smoke" issue. Took only about 3-4 days to have a new one at my doorstep. Ana in customer service was prompt with responding and a pleasure to deal with.

I just wanted to say that and my welder got damaged upon delivery. And yes, welder went above and beyond to replace my welder and sent me a new one.
I'm very pleased with the welder. It does all it says it will do if you were thinking about getting one.
For now, their customer service is great, i have no complaints I don't know about a warranty, but I do know that customer service went above and beyond to help me and I'm not making this up. It's the truth. I'm so glad that I bought from yes, welder plus the MP200 is awesome Raymond of customer service is too,he helped me when i recieved a damaged welder from shipping,a d he handled it promptly,I am very pleased,thank you yeswelder team

I had some issues with the firmware installing on my DP 200 and Raymond was there anytime I had problems or questions. After we couldn’t solve the issue he had me another unit sent out to to me so the customer service was excellent!!

Outstanding customer service! I bought my welder a couple (three?) years ago, my life got really busy, and I wasn't able to set it up until recently. While setting it up, I realized that the MIG gun had a manufacturing flaw that made it unusable. I contacted Ana at Yeswelder, and she took care of my problem by sending me a NEW mig gun. Amazing, because my welder--despite being unused--was well out of warranty. I would not have been unhappy if I had to buy a new gun, but they took care of me. Ana was great, and Raymond got it shipped to me quickly.

I ordered a Yeswelder 205DS multi process welder and am still in the process of setting everything up but the machine and accessories all seem to be good quality and shipping was fast!. I Reached out to customer service for a welder settings chart as I ruined the one the sent me that i was trying to laminate and Raymond with Yeswelder support sent me a link to download another chart. Great customer service!

My plasma cutter was having problems. Raymond was trouble shooting with me.i couldn't get the plasma to work so Raymond and yeswelder sent me a new machine and let me keep the other one for a spare. What a great company. Thank you.

I've had a CT2050 for 3or 4 years now, love it. Recently I tries to TIG with the foot petal. I have it DCEN but the pedal only starts the ARC no AMP control. Do i have the machine settings wrong. Please help. Galen DeRousse .

I ordered a CUT-55DS-PRO plasma cutter, and while testing it, I noticed a problem. I contacted Yeswelder support. The person in charge, Raymond, responded very quickly and sent me a new unit within a few days.

I purchased the MP200 and I have really been impressed by it for a great DIY Welder. It developed a leak in the gas connection on the machine after almost 2.5 years of use and I contacted YesWelder about a warranty repair. I have never experienced such great customer support. They were able to resolve my issue without any hassle. After that experience, I will not hesitate to purchase anything from YesWelder in the future.

I ordered the 205dp welder and spool gun. The spool gun unfortunately had a defective liner in it but Raymond was able to take care of the issue quickly.

I purchased the Yeswelder MP 200 multifunction welder a couple years ago along with a couple of welding helmets for my wife and myself. Only recently having retired and finding time to start welding, we up the machine and opened the helmets. Discovering that the helmet adjustment straps were non-functioning I contacted customer support about sending replacement headsets.
Initially being notified that the helmets were out of the warranty. I requested that their service representative, Ana explain our situation to her manager, as the helmets had never been used.
I was extremely pleased to learn that they made an exception and immediately sent us two replacement headsets for the helmets that resolved the problem.
