We used this company to move from London to Edinburgh. They were very helpful to begin with but extremely deceptive.
Firstly they charged us for 2 vans and 3 men for a particular day of our choosing amd then asked us yo move the day yo something more convenient for them. Then ended up only giving us 1 van and 2 men. This made things slower, required us to help them pack and they damaged things. Even though they do a virtual assessment of the home.
When confronted with the issues, they had zero remorse or willingness to remunerated us for overcharging or overquoting. They were difficult to deal with and took ages to respond. The workers were very eager to ask us to dump things instead of packing or disassembling to make less work for them. The quality of packing was poor. Things were thrown into a convenient box without consideration. Some things were lost. My toiletries were kept with delicate trinkets. Some boxes used no bubble wrap at all. They were not bothered if they damaged things. If you are going to this company. I would maintain a paper trail and read the contract very carefully. They boast a low price to their competitors but this is for a low quality service. A real headache to deal with

The move happened nearly 2 years ago. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to clarify the details of your move to ensure an accurate understanding of the service provided.
Your company arranged and paid for the move. As quoted, we supplied two vehicles to ensure the full relocation could be completed efficiently. However, due to a last-minute clearance of unwanted items on your side, only one vehicle was ultimately needed. We provided clearance service for no extra cost, we even loaded the day before just to deliver items for you early.
All items were professionally packed with care. During the process, our team advised that a leaking sauce container was unsafe to transport, but you confirmed it should still be included. Unfortunately, that leak caused some minor damage to nearby items. Even though this occurred against our advice, we still offered compensation as a goodwill gesture, as we care about each of our customers. We introduced new policies in our company system after your move that all agreed on a moving day has to be documented.
You later raised a claim seeking a refund, and the matter was reviewed in court. The judge confirmed that we had fulfilled our contractual obligations and, in fact, had provided several extra services without additional cost.
We take great pride in delivering honest, reliable, and customer-focused removal services. We appreciate every opportunity to improve, and we wish you all the best in the future.
Absolutely amazing I can’t recommend Yess moves enough. They went above and beyond for our house swap even helping with the other families belongings. I know it was a tough day but you really did make our move as stress free as possible. Lovely guys and we are so grateful for getting us moved in to our new home. Thank you so much
Having been let down by a large, local removals company, I was lucky to find Yess moves. The arrangements beforehand with Ieva were excellent, and the two removals gentlemen arrived exactly on time. They were friendly, efficient and protected all my furniture and goods so that everything arrived at my new home in good order. Yess Moves offers a professional service, is reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend them.
