Lovely, timely customer service, the yarn is absolutely stunning, well packaged and I have been updated every step of the way from purchase to delivery. Service was better in the past. It took this order over a week to ship so I have not even received the package yet. Can't comment on the contents.

Great service and the most beautiful and soft yarn. I can't wait for the next lotto arrive next month. ⭐⭐

Exactly what I was looking for. Good quality. Prompt delivery.
I've waited until using this item before reviewing it as I do have similar much cheaper versions. This one is definitely worth the money.
Far more robust and the measurements are also accurate which I have not found in the budget versions
