Was really disappointed that after explaining the clanger I dropped in buying her a £50 gift voucher to help her with her recovery we realised that Mum was not as far forward and the products were not suitable for her and a refund was not offered - Mike

Antwort von Yarn Worx
Dear Mike,
As explained to you in email when responding to your initial request, gift cards are non-refundable. This is also clearly stated in our website terms and conditions.
As we also mentioned, we do stock a large amount of non-knitting related items / gifts. We also offered to wind any skeins of yarn that you purchased for your mum in order to make it easier for her.
Sadly, you still felt the need to leave us an unfair 1-star review.
Regards,
Yarn Worx.
