Quick customer service - great product

I purchsed a YAMM subscription for mail merging emails for a one time project for my organization last year. The product is easy to use and the instructions are very clear. The response is very fast.

I did not realize that the purchase automatically sets up for auto-renew. We do not need the service at present. When I saw the auto-renew charge, I contacted YAMM and asked for a refund. No Problem! Refund sent. Actual emails written by real people, with very fast responses.

If we ever need to use mail merge for emails again, I will definitely resubscribe to this product.

I contacted yamm about a dormant account that was charged for renewal and requested a refund. I had a response and a full refund in less than 24 hours. It may have been in less than 12 hours. I received a response very quickly with clear instructions on how to fix my problem. I do hope that YAMM can figure out how to include that issue in the form of an error message, or at least include more about it on their help page.
