Our hotels accommodations, the variety of food were wonderful and the tour guide Michele was knowledgeable, and knew how to entreat people. I spoke with other people who have tour Israel and they were disappointed about hotel accommodations. We thank Dr. Porter for teaming up with Ya'lla Tours USA along with Tracy for great accommodations and tour guide.

One of the best escorted tours I have ever taken. Morocco is a terrific destination- so much to see and the people are so friendly. Our guide and driver were exceptional. We received excellent pre-trip information which was most helpful. I would encourage those wishing to see Morocco ( or Cuba, Jordan, Oman and other destinations) close up, to travel with Ya'lla Tours.

I truly enjoyed my time in Jordan. Our guide, Hani, was knowledgeable and very helpful. The only thing I might suggest is at the beginning of the tour, go over specifics such as tipping, customs, do’s and don’ts that will help the travelers from committing any social indiscretions.

Both tours were great but Egypt was the best tour I was ever on. The boats and guides were the best ever.

Israel tour was mis represented. Far too much walking and stairs for older people. Really took all the fun out of it.

This is my 4th tour that has been arranged by Ya'lla Tours. As always it was exceptional, over the top and well thought out. I would recommend Ya'lla Tours for any region in the world that they specialize. The guides were excellent, hotel choices superb and meal selection was regional and local with a flare.

Everything about our trip surpassed or expectations.

Trip of a lifetime to Egypt & Jordan!

We just finished a Ya'lla tour of Israel and we do not recommend using Ya'lla. The local Israeli tour operator that Ya'lla used had a different itinerary than what Ya'lla had given us. Ya'lla management was dismissive of our valid concerns about the differences and the confusion it caused to several couples on the tour. The tour had some stops that were inaccurately described and ended up being a waste of time. For example, visits to a "winery" and an "olive oil factory" ended up being stops to small retail stores so the operators could sell their merchandise. We really did not learn anything about Israel's olive oil or wine industries or production. The tour guide did not keep us on track each day; we consistently ran behind so that we got to our hotels later than expected, which impacted the time we could spend exploring cities in the evenings. We ended up with a different tour guide and driver in the middle of the tour, which broke the rhythm of the tour. Israel is a great place to explore and we recommend you do it with a better operator.

We had a really lovely time away in Israel.
Hotels were well suited and only excelled by the food they served. (though Royal Jerusalem's lifts are a little unpredictable)
Zvika the Tour guide was informative and really helpful and had good sense of humour. Would recommend him.

Initially we were taken to restaurants for lunch to begin with, but this very time consuming, and later in the tour we just had a packed lunch, allowing more time to enjoy the sites.
There was an included airport transfer, but after we had every thing booked, we found it was only 1 trip at a specific time, which did not meet our departure times.

Would have been good to be allowed just a little more time to wander through old city Jerusalem. Bus was best when it just dropped off in old Jerusalem and picked up at end of day.

In all we had a great and memorable time.

We had an incredible time on our tour in Israel. Very professional, well planned, and organized. The bus was very comfortable and we felt safe with the driver. In fact, we really missed him after the tour was completed and we had to drive ourselves through the crazy roads of Jerusalem!
Zvika was an awesome guide. So knowledgeable and patient with our group. We can’t wait to go back!
