I called Stephen in a hell of a panic as l had a RAT in my lounge l was terrified and need my lounge carpet cleaned asap. He told me he was out on a job and couldn't fit me in for 2 weeks as was going on holiday the following morning. I explained what had happened said leave it with him and called me back an hour later to say he had managed to change a few things around and was sending two of his guys out later thst afternoon
