we haven’t banned anything?
The friends Box is a monthly box that ships out in bulk each month
We are about 80% of the way through shipping these and aim to have these completed by Friday.

The box is to schedule so don’t worry when it leaves our warehouse we will send you tracking details on the My Hermes Parcel number.

Ordered a mystery box 2 weeks ago and sent a polite enquiry a week later just to check up on the process and to get an estimation of dispatch. I have had no response since the automated email explaining queries will be answered within 24 hours. I have contacted again to try get this cancelled and the money funded however still no response.

Would not mind the wait as long as I could get in touch with someone for an update. Terrible communication.

I ordered something from this company back at the beginning of September thanks to a Facebook advertisement. I am now looking into reporting them through Facebook, have emailed and called the company to no avail and am looking into chargeback options through my card. This company is a total fraud and despite not selling anything they continue to advertise. This is totally unacceptable.

If i could rate this company a 0 star i would.
Placed order no contact i then received an email saying my goods had been sent without a tracking number tried to contact via email,phone,facebook all manner of contact sources with no result i have had to put claim in with my card company for this false selling company should be in prison.

I bought the rick and morty august edition box on the 21st of august, emailed them 3 times about the shipping. Only today did they get back to me trying to say i bought the September edition even though i sent screenshots proving otherwise. Asked for a refund and was issued a refund. DO NOT buy from these people they are a poor excuse for a company with terrible customer service and you dont recieve your box, they told me they ship in bulk twice a month, okay so why in nearly a month has the box not been shipped? Absolute scam!

ordered the august mystery box and like all the other reviews have had zero feed back regarding delivery , a quick check on companies house shows that the company filed for strike off in November last year and in march that was over turned , its now listed as a non trading company. the tel number on the website is a dead line and emails are auto replies , 40 quid down the drain, trading standards is probably the best place to make a complaint now as even though its classed as non trading the company is still active meaning the directors will fall responsible for what is essentially fraud

Ordered a mystery box on the 5th of August, 22nd of August I was advised the shipment was sent (1-2 days for tracking), e-mailed when this time frame had passed and got an automated response advising e-mails would be replied to in 24 hours (lol) visited the website and had the same message from the original order date, no tracking number! Pretty sure they only run a 60 day return policy as it actually takes 60 days to receive your order!! Hopefully the item will eventually turn up as I was looking forward to it!!

Ordered a mystery box..... Was stated it would be shipped within 1-2 days still haven't received anything to say its been shipped..... Clicked on the link I was sent with the order and the website was down...... Rang the number that's given and there's no ringtone...... Messages them on social media and emailed but no reply...... An absolute joke!!!!!!!!!

Avoid XS Musik like the plague.

I ordered a mystery box on 31st July, which I have still not received. During this time I have sent Emails and left phone messages, when the answer service was not full! I have never had any contact in return. Eventually I received an Email on 16th August stating the item was on its way and 4 days later another Email from the courier service, with tracking info. This though only shows that the item has remained uncollected at the drop off point for 6 days. The courier company are no better either in that despite providing them with their reference number they are unable to tell me where the item is or when it may arrive. The only thing XS Musik were good at was taking my money on the day of ordering!

It’s been 9 days since I ordered and it still just says order confirmed. I was hoping it would have been shipped by now. Took a punt on a Facebook ad and I’m now hoping that I haven’t been had.

S**t, I still haven't received my parcel after two weeks and have have no news what so ever about it.
This is poor customer service and basically rude

I would recommend these guys any day. Swift delivery, robust packaging and goods were exactly as promised.
