My pre-booking for a midnight taxi home after a night out in MK was seamless. Made the booking online which was confirmed promptly. Received WhatsApp updates, texts and email reminders. Arrived on time and the vehicle was clean. Friendly, safe and courteous. Will use definitely use again.

Clean, comfortable car - even supplying bottled water if I needed it. Pleasant, sincere people with excellent communication over WhatsApp at every stage. Reliable and timely. I have no hesitation in recommending Xpress taxis.

Good service, punctual and fast.

Real value for money, very friendly, ontime and excellent service.

Taxi company kept in touch with us from the moment we booked until they arrived. Early and a steady driver.

One of the only taxi services that uses WhatsApp, a godsend if you’re from overseas as I don’t have a UK number. Was so easy to book, sent me a link to track where the taxi was, picked up and dropped off exactly on time (with good conversation too). Expensive but not more expensive than any other service other than Uber so definitely use it if there aren’t Ubers around.

Excellent service. Driver was very prompt. Good journey to the airport. Can rely on them to turn up. Would definitely use them again

Booked an 8 seater minibus for a return journey yesterday, everything from vehicle, punctuality and pricing was perfect will definately use again and recommend to others

I’ve used this company twice for a transfer from Milton Keynes to Gatwick airport and back. The booking process was very easy, great communication. The both drivers been, on time , even five minutes before. They both been polite and helpful. I like their reliability. The driving was smooth.
The water bottles provided. I will use this company again.

Very impressed! Great service all round. Simple to book and great communication through the process. From making sure your luggage is stowed to the bottle of water left next to your seat, there’s nothing more you need to do or think about. Will definitely use again.

HIghly recommended. Loads of communication and location information, really friendly and helpful driver. They went the extra mile - literally! - when I wasn't sure where I was going. Immaculate cars and really easy and clear booking and pre-payment process. Also the best price in Milton Keynes I found for my journey.

Excellent communications, competitive pricing, pristine transport, ticks all the boxes

Ali provided an excellent service picking me up from a conference and driving me 90+ minutes home. He was very helpful and communicative in the lead up confirming the service and arrived ahead of time. His car was also very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend him and use him again on future trips.

Easy to book, reliable, excellent communication. Would highly recommend

I used Xpress taxis for an airport run from Luton to Milton Keynes after my holiday. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. The car was clean and the driver was very friendly. Communitication was very good, reminder of pickup, when we landed we received live location etc.

10/10 service from Wolverton Station to Silverstone. My cab arrived early and he knew the area like the back of his hand. Will definitely make sure to book again in advance!
