We found XILINK GLOBAL TRADE through an AI search. At the time, we were planning a trip to China to visit our long-term partners, but beyon our existing suppliers, we were eager to explore new business oppertunities and supplier channels. Since it was our first time in China, we very much hoped to find a long-term business partner who shared our vision for growth and could provide ongoing support.

Our visit to China turned out to be extermely rewarding. Their fees were very reasonable - only 60 USD per business staff member per day for accompaniment. They could also join us for travel arrangement beyond business visit, and we even managed to squeeze in a trip to the Great Wall of China. I believe they are a truly trustworthy group of people!

We buy small electronics and RC parts from several Chinese suppliers, and we needed somebody on the ground in China to recieve, inspect and consolidate everything for us. XILINK handled the warehousing, took care of the VAT paperwork, and merged two suppliers into one shipment. They charge a service fee and it was stated up front — no hidden margin buried in the goods.
The multimeters arrived counted and matching the packing list. Sounds basic, I know, but untill you've had it go wrong you don't realise how much that matters. For a small European company placing mixed orders, this is the piece that was missing.

I was looking to buy a used forklift from China and resell it in the U.S. I found a supplier on Alibaba, but they wanted me to send the payment directly to a personal bank account. That didn’t feel right, so I reached out to XILINK for help with the inspection and payment.
The first thing they told me was, “Don’t buy it.”
They looked into the seller and found that the actual registered business didn’t match how the seller presented themselves. They also checked the U.S. import requirements and found that the forklift I was about to buy wouldn’t qualify because of its age and emissions compliance. I double-checked with my customs broker the following Monday, and they told me the exact same thing. So I never sent the deposit.
XILINK then helped me find a compliant forklift from a Chinese brand. It had the proper emissions documentation, an English nameplate, and all the paperwork needed for customs. I started with one unit to test the market. After it cleared customs and sold, I ordered three more.
What really stood out to me is that XILINK makes money by helping customers complete purchases, but the first thing they did was talk me out of a bad deal. That’s why I’m writing this review.

We've now placed six separate orders through XILINK - composite fence panels, outdoor rubber tiles, a built-in cooktop, and a set of workshop machines (spindle moulder, bandsaw, edge sander, chip extractor). Different suppliers every time, one contact throughout. What we pay is the factory's own invoice - they showed us the actual supplier invoices from the start and don't add a margin on the goods. On the machinery order they caught a spec mismatch on the spindle moulder before it shipped, which would have cost us a whole container's worth of trouble. Straightforward people to deal with.

XILINK GLOBAL TRADE съездил на завод до того, как мы перевели деньги: прислал видео с производства и фото шильдика с серийным номером. Оплату заводу проводили по результатам проверки, а не одной суммой вперёд. Компрессор пришёл в Казахстан ровно в том состоянии, в котором его показывали на видео. После этого второй заказ отдали им уже без вопросов.
