They may have slower response times but the ticket system they use ensures you get help as soon as possible. They are truly a great company. On behalf of my whole server, thank you.

XGamingServer has stolen over 600 game server guides from our website, Game Host Bros (gamehostbros.com). Our guides were originally published on guides.gamehostbros.com and are archived on the Wayback Machine with timestamps predating any content on their site. They have rebranded our work as their own with zero attribution. We have documented evidence of 647 matching pages. If you're considering this company, be aware that the "helpful documentation" on their site was not written by them.
I have been with several servers, NON AS BAD as Xgamingserver
I have been with several server providers, I chose XgamingServer's as they had cheap prices. I found out the price is due to the poor experience. After purchasing a Service for a PZ server, I was not even able to boot it up once from a fresh install with 0 modifications.
After giving the support team over 14 hours, they still have not fixed it nor intend on doing so. I was advertised a Service and since My purchase I have been unable to use that Service a single time.
I have been forced to escalate this with my payment processor due to how bad their practices are
Inflexible Policy - Cannot Access Your Data After Suspension
I'm leaving a one-star review due to a critical and customer-unfriendly policy. My server was suspended, and I simply requested a temporary window (3-6 hours) to download my server files before deciding whether to renew. This seemed like a very reasonable request.
Support flatly refused, stating that I had to renew the service to regain any access. Forcing a customer to pay for a new service term just to retrieve their own data is unacceptable. It left me feeling like my files were being held for ransom.
Potential customers should be aware of this. Do not rely on this company to help you get your data if your account is suspended. Maintain your own off-site backups at all times.

Rented a Myth of Empires Server only to find that there is no way to change settings for the server besides the basic server name and a couple of other options. Upon support request they seemed to not even understand what I was talking about and took over 8h for the 1st answer to a ticket (both on site and discord). Also lost my money as they have no logic refund policy according to their legal docs on site. Stay away if you expect something done with expertise.

They don't support their customers
They don't support their customers. If there's an issue they either ignore you, or give a refund instead of trying to fix the issue. The support staff are rude when they do reply, but they ask what the issue is, then close the ticket when you send them the issue without helping. Very unprofessional.

Palworld Perfect
The customer service was incredibly on point, and treated me with respect. The server's hiccups were understandable given the game I was playing was Palworld's first week of early access, and as car as rhw quality of my gameplay, none of the players experienced connectivity issues or substantial lag due to a lack of pc resources.
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. The server was barely functional. Would lag and stutter on a 3 person server even though I paid for the highest tier. Support took days to respond.
I did get my money back though so good on them for that.
Advertised package vs reality...
Company advertises server packages to run palworld, only to turn around and tell you the servers are under spec for palworld.
Let me be clear, I didn't default to the cheapest server. Second or third of the advertised palworld packages.
Server stability is poor, I was told the software isn't well optimized and an upgrade was the solution. Upgraded, didn't improve stability.
As a minor nitpick, the scheduling command function of the panel could really use a list of basic commands or some sort of documentation.
While unhelpful in my case, support was relatively quick to respond.
