My overall experience with XenonStack was extremely disappointing, both during employment and after exit.
During my time with the company, policies were often unclear and frequently changed at management’s convenience. Decisions and rules seemed to be modified retrospectively, which created confusion and, at times, felt like employees were being unfairly framed under newly introduced or selectively applied policies.
The biggest concern, however, has been the exit process. Even after repeated follow-ups through emails and formal communication, the company has not released my complete Full & Final (FNF) settlement. I have also not received my experience letter or FNF letter, which are basic documents every organization is expected to provide.
What is most frustrating is the complete lack of response — emails and follow-ups have simply been ignored, leaving the matter unresolved for months.
Professional organizations should value transparency and accountability, especially during employee exits. Unfortunately, my experience reflects poor communication, weak HR processes, and a lack of responsibility toward former employees.
I would strongly advise candidates to thoroughly clarify company policies and exit formalities in writing before joining.
