I've had a product with very bad support. When I finally got the product after about a week of waiting, it turned out to be just a vps not made for gaming. Your mouse stutters with every movement and even simple games like minecraft or even agario.io lag. I will not recommend anyone to buy this.

XenonPC - Not delivering/scamming/not an official company.

Hello. My name is Angel, I've been on the previous XenonPC Discord Server, I went there with the objective of asking questions like a civilized person, because I could see users around complaining that there was a service with this name that wasn't delivering their products, even though you paid for their service.

Kerry, the supposedly owner of 'XenonPC' answered to some of my questions, although didn't replied to them completely and didn't respond objectively to them, as some reasoning simply didn't make any sense. Even though, I was there on the Discord to see that there isn't much evidence of their service being delivered to the users, people complaining and crying to get their money back and Kerry just ignores them and makes it, as if their question doesn't exist.

-> Recently, there was a situation where apparently their 'workers' aren't receiving what they deserve for working with XenonPC and in the reality the service being a scam.

Their Discord was completely annihilated and it disappeared, along with a new one being created.

Kerry created a new one and adjusted the XenonPC website with a new Discord Server, where I joined and stated some of my points, again civilized. I was kicked from their service, as they don't want evidence of their service being a scam, being spread out and don't want people questioning about it, even if we are simply asking normal questions about the service.

I wasn't the only one banned from their Discord Server but other people that went with the Discord Guidelines/Terms of Service, were banned for simply atating that their service possibly is a scam.

There was another person who complained about their service, but was offensive, which I understand if they were kicked from the server, although they didn't get warned for their actions and they again, were simply banned from the server.

-> Another point to be stated. This company isn't a real company under the Union European standards, they don't qualify as one, as they also aren't registered as one. They simply have a payment gateaway and a website, where the payments can be redirected to Kerry's PayPal, which again, since they aren't a company, less trust is to be added, along witht he recent events and the creation of their new Discord.

I for one, am reporting this company for anti-fraud measures pretty soon, as it isn't right to scam people money and people are honestly right to be worried about their money, along with more screenshots and points, I could talk about and prove.

APU's Rig(I tried Hourly but its the same as Monthly) I can say the move very good, Problem is Parsec wont run on them and its a bit laggy with standard streaming software, But you May use another software if you dont like how its Running. I got time to only Test GTA V and Was very Smoothly on Online, Small FPS Drops thats all, Latency its low I can see but if you will use it everyday you wont even see it. Do I recomand it?, I do recomand it XenonPC May get bigger and we will have much better Latency.

The owner is very responsive, and willing to answer any questions and doubts you may have. I tested the trial (RTX GPU) and was able to game smoothly. The internet speeds were very fast, allowing for quick game download. My trial machine had the Epic Games and Riot launchers pre-installed, to allow easy and fast gaming. The prices are affordable too. I would recommend XenonPC for anyone who doesn't have a gaming pc and does have alright internet speeds, or are looking to save storage space.

It has been great. There would be lag of course, but it's great!

I must review my prev. rating of 5 stars! Only false promises and really scammy behavior.

Just go on their Discord and see it by yourself. False promises and no updates for paying customers!

Even if you complain they censorship the main-chat! You will see in the Main Channel in their discord that all the messages have been deleted....

Does this sound trustworthy to you???

and now even start to lie? I wasn´t insulting at all and why deleting the last 14 days if its because of the thing today (good way to get rid of the comments about scam and things like this from various users there),but its okay. For all..just make your own picture on their discord server and you will find out about them by yourself! ( Deleted Messageson the main chat in their discord from 29.11.2021 to 13.12.2021)

**Update: Just sharing my experience and the things that happened last weeks in the discord!**

Using the NoGPU offer as a basic always on work computer. The use of qindows 10 makes it more usable for myself than the usual Qindows Server VMs I use, it 2as also impressive with a multi gigabit connection. Overall it is stable and responsive through RDP, impressive and usable at a base level.

I have yet to turn it off to find out how to turn it on again, things like that are not the most obvious and being quite new their time to set 7t up was not stable but they were communicative and helpful.
