Kicking ourselves for NOT reading the Trust Pilot reviews before purchasing with Xenia Supplies. These are sister companies and both have legitimate registrations with Companies House under director Jessica Pankhurst. First small order placed to test the water - went OK. Subsequent order was placed over 2 months ago. Same story as many on here; these are partner companies. The order with Xenia wasn't acknowledged, nor was the payment we made up front. Over 30 emails sent so far and almost daily attempted phone calls. Initially we were able to leave voicemail (calls never answered or responded to). Now the phone number doesn’t even ring for Xenia. We managed to reach “Ed” at Chef's Zest on one rare occasion and he assured us that the order would be honoured by them. It wasn't and now their phone just rings out without response. Emails to both companies elicit an automated acknowledgement from Chef's Zest and the dates on these change so there must be someone doing admin! But no one ever gets back to us. We have requested a refund on multiple occasions without success. If you are reading this because they conned you too, please take the time to file a report with Action Fraud and Trading Standards as many on here have done and leave reviews on platforms such as this to help prevent someone else falling foul of what is blatant theft.

Scam scam scam scam... Do not buy from this company, small or large orders. I spent only £51 with Xenia supplies last November. To cut a 9 month story short, Many many phone call messages (they never pick up) Nearly 20 emails, a couple of replies. The last being February, this was saying order cancelled, refund issued. Still not had my refund 6 months down the line.
A couple of days ago I had to go to London on other business. Just happened to be 1 ¹/2 miles from their address. Payed them a visit. It is a secure reception area with multiple businesses on various floors. Receptionist was very helpful. Could tell me that they are a fraudulent company and to contact fraud squad.
No money back but can now move forward and give a massive warning to everyone else. Like other reviews, I would have given 0 stars if I could. Stay well clear...

Unfortunately I have had to give this company one star, which they totally do not deserve!!!

Ordered items atv the beginning of March (£150.00+), for a function at the end of March. They have never arrived, despite numerous emails and unanswered phone calls. This "company" should be forced to close...

In my opinion they are obtaining monies without actually having the goods to sell ... basically a con job and they still keep getting away with it.

PLEASE, if nothing else ... find your items with a more reputable website/company.

I seriously couldn't afford to lose the money I have ... it's not good.

I placed an order in March 2023 - I am still waiting for it thank goodness I only spent £29.55 I have contacted them repeatedly via their online systems, emailed left telephone messages - NOTHING!! - DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!!

Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!! Never received my goods or money back !!! No one pick up the phone!!! 4 months now!!! Is anyone know how can I report them or them website? Please tell me!!! As I don’t want more people wasting money on this scammers!!!!

I bought teapots for our small business from this company. Not only did they never arrive but their “customer service” line / email is never answered. I have left numerous voice and emails and had zero response. We are out £65 and no way of contacting / speaking with anyone. Disgusting service - use them at your peril. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

How the hell is this place allowed to carry on trading????? Been scamming people for over a year and still allowed to get away with it??????

DONT THROW YOU OUR MONEY DOWN THE TOILET advertise a non existent item then ignore all calls or contact keep your money in your pocket as these are rip off artists and am surprised they are allowed to trade.

Do not waste your time and money, it is scam, fraud, etc..prices are look good, but overall it is scam!

This company maybe offering things for a bit cheaper than others, but there is a reason for this - You won't get the items, you will get ignored and you will spend lots of time on the phone to your card company trying to get a refund. Don't waste your time, use someone else.

Good lord, this company should come with a 'use at your own peril' sign when you search for it. 4 emails later, still no response, still no delivery. I'm out of pocket and out of patience. Will have to go down the route of credit card purchase recovery. There really should be a thing where if any website/company reaches a certain amount of complaints for bad service, it's automatically suspended from further use. This company would certainly make a good argument for it. AVOID

as with all the other comments this company are not replying to the phone its not even ringing now - I did have an email from Ed said it was delayed due to easter but over a month now nothing - no more replies to emails now either - avoid avoid avoid

Scam. Ordered and paid on 27th January 2023 with a 4-7 day delivery time. It's now 3rd May! No communication, no customer services, no product. Avoid.

I ordered and paid for goods which were promised within 4-7 days. Nothing received with all emails and tracking enquiries unanswered.
I am pursuing the dispute through my bank.
Please don't trust or do business with XeniaSupplies.

I placed an order on 20th of March, it should be delivered in 7 days and until today nothing. The number on the website is impossible to reach. I opened plenty of enquires and chasing via email, no absolutely response. I would never buy on this place again.

I placed an order 11th April. I've sent 2 emails both ignored. Best we all go and report the company as fake. Looking at their accounts on Companies House they've nearly been struck off for trading. I will take this further through the proper channels so that they cant scam anyone else!!
