They are BARKING SCAMMERS

I wish I could give this company no stars. This company has sooo many Red Flags of SCAMMING it's completely INSANE.
- they are rude over the phone when they pick up if you're lucky a staff member picking up the phone for help.
- their number doesn't work or ring through and email doesn't work.
- strange part is their phone number belongs to a completely different retail store.
- they don't pickup the phone and they ignore problemmatic emails on purpose.
- they don't take responsibility in helping when a order doesn't show up or they have sent it to the wrong address.
- if you want to pickup the order they use very misleading locations, this leading to confusion to different staff members instructions and information= wasting more of your own time trying to find the location of the order to pickup.
- most of the orders I've received have been faulty, it's like they don't care about checking each order before sending it out.
- i had to get the bank to step in because they LIED ABOUT REFUNDING my order.

So many RED FLAGS = HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL+SCAMMERS

I would highly RECOMMEND everyone to avoid this company unless you are will to LOSE MONEY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Purchased a dress for my daughter, they sent the wrong dress, the packaging was covered in dust, the dress smelt disgusting, like it had been left lying on the bottom of a warehouse floor for years. They told me to send it back for a full refund and agreed to cover my shipping costs. The amount refunded did not cover the cost of the dress and there was no refund for shipping costs even though I provided receipts. They have not responded to any emails for over a month. Worst customer service ever.

Not Happy

Payed express shipping to get a present for my daughter for Christmas, haven’t heard back about when I’m going to received this order, and have left numerous emails and message thur their social media accounts with no reply🤬

they scam u for ur money

the absolute worst online shopping experience i’ve ever had. I ordered a dress for my grade 11 formal, and it took a while to be delivered and it was getting close to the date so I contacted customer care to find out it’s ETA. I get told that my order was not received because of an issue they had with their Internet, or something along those lines. They offered me a store credits, which I wasn’t interested in because the dress that I wanted was the only dress that I even liked from the website, so there was no point in me having store credits because i had no interest in anything else, so I asked them for a full refund. They took weeks to respond, and I had to send them couple of emails repeatedly to get their attention. They finally then issued the refund for my original payment method, which was through PayPal, but unfortunately the refund failed for some reason. I’m not sure if it was due to something on their part, or because I had recently changed my card, but regardless, when I contacted them about the failed refund, they ghosted me again. For the dress being hundreds of dollars you’d think that they’d be more diligent on issuing an refund and would actually respond to your emails. If you don’t want to get ripped off, then I would recommend not to shop from the site ever. For never even having received the dress, and then being ghosted by them, they’d get a 0 star rating but that’s unfortunately not possible.

Great Experience!

Good quality for price and on a rare occasion one of the items I ordered was damaged before shipping. Xenia informed me immediately and offered a full refund and option of a 15% top up credit note. This is great customer service. Only suggestion I have is to stock more size 6 as that is the 1st to sell out! Thanks for the pleasant experience. 👍🏻

I ordered from this terrible company three weeks ago. They still have not sent me clothes, or a refund. They owe me $115.00 and i am absolutely disgusted in the owner of this company who promised me a refund weeks ago! STILL WAITING THIEVES

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible!

I have used Xenia in the past without issue. Fast shipping no worries however, the past two orders, there was no tracking provided. Emailed customer care and the said it had been shipped, got it.

Now my most recent order…. Ordered on the 30th, item should have been sent on the 4th, item has NOT come. I’ve sent a number of emails, messages, tried Facebook, tried Instagram, about 4 emails to customer care asking where the item is and for the tracking number. Not a SINGLE reply from them.

I’m now having to dispute the charges with my bank to try and get my money back. I have kept all my emails and corro, you have to if you flag it with the bank because they have to also show you tired to resolve the issue.

If someone bothered to just reply… actually check my order… this could be fixed in a day easily!

I will NEVER use this company again and have now advised the people I recommended this to of what happened.

This is a disgusting joke. I hope you had a great Christmas with MY money. Order No GUAIUR81A

Terrible quality

Terrible quality, poorly made. Photos are incredibly deceiving. Do not waste your money. Sample sales came very damaged and did not list this in the online descriptions.

Horrendous quality clothing and service.

Clothing looks nothing like the photos and the quality is terrible. I received items with holes at the seam because of poor stitching and mismatched arm lengths. They say they will refund and then not respond to any emails. It had been nearly a month since I have made them aware. Do not waste your money, they are scammers.

Never Had Any Issues

I live in the US, and have ordered from Xenia a handful of times with no issues. I always receive my orders, and customer service always responds when I have a question. The clothes are always exactly like the pictures, and the quality is good. I usually wait for a good sale because I hate paying for shipping as it is. It's very unfortunate that so many others have experienced issues.

Over two months

Over two months. Clothes never arrived. Never received a tracking. Emails and reviews are ignored. Fraudulent company.

I would love to give you the 6 digit number however, I never received one. I did receive a email to review the products I Never received. I was also charged for the items. I have no problem giving you my information of more then just Sam if you would like to contact me.

Yes, for the third time I will try and do that again.

Ok, I was contacted last week and told there would be a follow up Tuesday. Again! It’s past Tuesday and no follow up. Please issue me a refund!!

Money spent on worst experience

DONT buy from Xenia boutique! I’m not sure if I had the worst experience because it’s an Australian brand and I live in the US. The dresses they had caught my eye and I decided to buy one 11 days before my event, I paid for international shipping and express shipping! Which Was $30 plus the cost of the dress which was $74 in total it was over $100 dollars. It would take 10 to 14 business days plus a well to ship. I called and emailed the company asking if it would come in time for my event, they said yes! Then I get an email 3 days before the event and they said, and I quote “Sorry for the delay but you’re dress is on its way and will arrive on the 28th of Monday.” My event was the 26th of a Saturday back in October! It never arrived on that Monday! I waited a week before emailing them! They got back to me and my dress was no where near where I live! I emailed them for a second time asking when my dress is coming and by this time it had been well over a month. I emailed them and called 5 times in December complaining about my dress not arriving after two months! They would put me on hold for an hour! I asked for my money to be returned but they never put it back in my account. They gave me a link to track it but the link led me to their boutique in Australia! My dress still hasn’t arrived and I just finished emailing them again and by now it’s been almost three months!!

Sorry to hear that you have problem with an online order.
However we have check your name with our system and your name does not match any of our customers. We have tried all ways with first name then surname and even switch it around and still no match. If you can give us a 6 digit order number, that would be amazing. Also you mention $30 for Express Shipping, well that’s doesn’t make sense because our Express is $18aud with is only roughly $11us to USA. Furthermore our customercare@xenia. com.au team have a policy of only putting customers on hold for maximum of 3mins other customers will get a call back. Pls give us the order numbers so we rectify the situation otherwise this review might be for someone else. Cause information doesn’t add up.

PLEASE HELP XENIA! We are missing our dress and paid for expedited shipping. Order #166500. My tracking says "attempted delivery" and then also waiting clearance in NYC!!! We need this dress for a dance in 1 week. Urgent!

The dress I ordered took a month to…

The dress I ordered took a month to arrive and I found it bizarre they emailed to verify my shipping address before sending it. I finally received the parcel today after much headache and it looks nothing like what it does online. Nowhere near the material or description. I paid $65.00 and received a wrinkled, poorly mishaped cheap cotton red dress not sexy at all. And it’s even the wrong size. Never again! I will also file refund claim with my credit card company. This website is a scam in my experience.
