Buyer Beware! Order placed. Not shipped and no one answers the phone, no we response from support ticket and emails, online chat never staffed.

After 3 plus months and no communication have not received my order resulting in me having to put a bank dispute over the charges

I recently purchased an Xdog Vest (Weight, Fitness, Anxiety & Behavior) Dog Harness for my dog. Xdog advertises that the item purchased is "the world's greatest dog harness". As such, I was very excited to check it out when it arrived in early October 2024. Based on my quick review, without a doubt it looks like a very impressive harness, with the added benefit of providing an opportunity to increase the intensity of my dog's walks. After storing the harness for about six weeks, I took it out to finally try it the week of November 15, 2024. Unfortunately, the harness broke after a single use (yes, a single use) with my 65 pound Boxer / Am Staff Terrier mix, in less than 20 minutes.
The material used to hold the main metal clip simply tore away as my dog pulled slightly to check something out at a store I was at. This created a little bit of a panic as I had her leash in hand, but no dog attached in a very busy store, as her "world's greatest dog harness" did not deliver as advertised. Despite the marketing campaign, the harness received was defective due to poor quality material and / or stitching, and very obvious poor quality control before being packaged and shipped. I am now out $150 and beyond the Amazon return date.
I reached out to Xdog via email on two occasions, but they have not responded. Thus, I greatly appreciate that this review will be passed along to Xdog, so they can respond and hopefully send me another harness that has been effectively inspected, and proven to be functioning as advertised. If they claim to have "the world's greatest dog harness" they should have "the world's greatest warranty policy" and customer service. However, review of their site indicates that they only "offer a 30-day manufacturing warranty on any defectives or stitching". Again, I have exceeded the 30-day return deadline, on "the world's greatest dog harness".
In summary, this harness was poorly constructed and definitely not worth the cost. I have purchased many more cost effective harnesses that were significantly less costly than the Xdog harness and that have provided top notch service without any problems. The axiom that you get what you pay for does not apply to the Xdog harness. Simply put, I do not recommend this harness as it was not well constructed and did not perform as advertised. Lastly, their customer service is lacking, as they have not responded after two emails.

I placed an order 7 days ago, never recieved tracking # They recieved payment at time I placed my order. Tried contacting them calling customer service # but # not valid. i sent them emails they never reply? Caution people xdog is a scam (fraud)

I bought a V4 vest $150 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received my merchandise. Customer service is non existent. Buyer beware this is a scam company

I purchased products from this company for business purposes a time ago. I inquired whether they could deliver to Germany, and they confirmed they could. I asked again if they had experience with this and if there would be no issues, and the company assured me it was fine. Based on this, I placed an order. The support was not the fastest, but I was instructed to pay via bank transfer, which made me a bit skeptical.

After payment, the goods were shipped. However, the shipment was stopped at the German airport, and documents regarding the ingredients were requested. The company, MuscleBully / Xdog, claimed they had no knowledge of this. It became apparent that they likely had no experience with international shipping. Consequently, the goods were returned. Through the tracking number, I confirmed that the shipment was delivered back to the seller.

I was promised a refund, but despite sending numerous emails, I neither received my money nor the goods. In the end, the support team stopped responding altogether.

I still have all the evidence, including the name of the support representative and the entire correspondence.

This is not a professional way to conduct business with a partner. I would never purchase from this company again and strongly advise international customers against ordering from them! You will neither receive your goods nor get your money back. Without the proper documents from Xdog, it is not worth ordering goods outside the USA. The goods will never arrive.

Customer service is non-existant!

I bought one of these dogs my dog 6x years ago and it was great - I recently decided to treat her to a new one for over $200 for her 7th birthday - It lasted 2x weeks before the thread around the clip for her lead broke so I'm now unable to attach her lead to the vest.

I contacted xdog several times via email, phone call, live chat on their website never works and they don't respond on social media either!

Terrible company with non-existant customer service and product quality has seemingly become much worse in recent years - Do not buy from them!
