I had booked and paid to be picked up at 5:20am and taken to the airport. At 5:20am nobody had shown up so I got in contact with them and after a lot of toing and froing I got picked up at 5:45am. Not only did I get to the airport late but also taken to the wrong terminal. Coming back I contacted them from the day before to confirm things and I was reassured that someone would be there to pick us up. But this was a lie as there was no one there and I was told it would be better if I made alternative arrangements !! Since then I have been trying to get a refund and have been told nothing but falsehoods !!

Please be aware, we have done some work for them in Sep-Oct last year and still awaiting payment. I have contacted Ryes a few times and every time was told that it will be paid soon but ...... still waiting !

Dear operators, this company is a scam. They don’t pay to drivers and always misleading by saying “department will contact you etc” but in actual they are running scam by registering in UK and operating from other countries.
2 owners culprits are Muhammad Saeed and Saqab bashir who are running this scam by hiding behind virtual office address but in actual they live at 121A woodlands road ilford, IG1 1JP and 25 Dryden road, Harrow, HA3 7LA. Thankfully these both culprits are identity verified with companies house in uk which means government has their up to date IDs hence now we are going to proceed with legal actions against both of them as they have giving us excuse from more than 8 months. As we know they have done this scam with a lot of people in uk so feel free to reach us out and we will happy to help you with process. They will be falling under multiple laws breaching.

They are a fraud company and failed to pay my company alongside many others.

Khurram and ryanne dont bother responding and their accounts are never present to respond.

This company is a total fraud — they don’t pay their operators or drivers on time (or at all!) and completely ignore all messages, calls, and complaints. They make promises they never keep and disappear when it’s time to pay.

No professionalism, no accountability, and no respect for the people who actually keep their business running. Do NOT trust X Ride — they’ll waste your time and your hard-earned money.

💢 Extremely disappointed and furious with their behavior. Avoid this company at all costs!

X Ride is a highly unprofessional and unreliable company. They charge passengers in advance but consistently fail to pay their operators. I have several unpaid invoices despite multiple follow-ups, and there has been no resolution or proper communication from their side.

As an operator, I strongly advise others to stay away from X Ride to avoid financial loss. Passengers should also be cautious – you’re better off booking directly with reputable local firms.

Think twice before using or partnering with X Ride.
