Buying shoes for my wide fat feet has always ended in many tears and I have been too scared to buy online without being able to try on first. I took a leap of faith, measured my feet as per their instructions and ordered some boots. I was so relieved they fit perfectly. Now I need to save so I can buy more.

Really easy to contact them and they were really helpful. Love the shoes too, great sizing and comfortable.

Finally a pair of shoes that fit and felt good right out of the box. No pinching or tightness. Just ahhhhhhh!!!

I am a 7-1/2 EEEE, and have flat feet and heel spurs. (I can't stand ugly shoes - I'd as soon go out in running shoes as I would in a burlap sack.) I like shoes I can adjust through the day if necessary. I recently purchased rather dressy sandals which I loved. The slingback Mary Janes are beautiful, but one pair (a 10) is much too long (I can adjust the strap), where this pair, the exact size of the sandals which fit perfectly, are much too tight. I'll need to use a shoe stretcher, and make sure I carry them if I go to a dressy event. There isn't any place left where I can try on shoes. The sizing is 'hit or miss.' I believe I gave the sandals a 5-star rating - these are 3 for good service, but 2 for sizing.

This is my second pair of Wydr shoes, and I wore them the frost time for Easter. It is such a relief to put on a shoe that doesn't immediately feel like it is squeezing my foot uncomfortably. The quality feels like even higher end brands of footwear. The styles are both classic and fashionable. I'm really glad I found your products!

To find a company that sells wide shoes that are comfortable and stylish is a plus for me. I sized down from my regular shoe size as suggested and they fit perfectly. I will be purchasing other styles in the future.

just made my first purchase and bought the Savannah Sporty Sandal. I had to return it for an exchange for a smaller size. But I love this sandal. The exchange process was very easy. In my return I included the free tote bag thinking I had to return everything and I would receive another and I did not. So that made me sad. Hey Wydr Studio could you please send me a free tote?

Once ordered the shoes arrived in a timely manner, unfortunately they were too big so I had to arrange to post them back and instead of organising a replacement pair I decided to opt for refund and purchased a smaller size separately assuming I would get a refund. The new size is great and I have worn them a few times and they are taking a little wearing in but are really good quality shoes.
So far I have only relieved a very small refund and am hopeful this will be rectified soon

Originally bought a size 12 but way too big. Started the process of returns and is rather a hassle to return. Buying from Australia I didn’t think it would so complex and the return address I was a bit concerned about. Anyways I bought a smaller size and they are amazing shoes! Size is perfect and just wonderful for someone who has always had problems buying shoes for a wider foot! Will I buy again yes I will. Just need to improve the returns process from Aus buyers

I wished the shipping was faster but the customer service is top notch! Anytime I needed to exchange something or if a shoe had an issue, they were super responsive. The shoes are great quality and so comfortable.

The shoe was of good quality and the fit was phenomenal. I have a hard time finding cute shoes that fit and Wydr is my go to source.

If I could give a less than a 1 star rating, I would have!! Since I was a child, I have had wide feet and so I decided to try Wydr and I bought simple black patent leather ballet flats with a bow. The soles were some sort of an unbendable plastic or rubber that has absolutely NO give to the point where you can't tell by looking at the sole of the shoe that it was walked in. Also, the patent leather isn't buttery soft on your foot. Instead, the patent leather is also very stiff and unforgiving on your feet. I had them on with a black pantsuit for only 2 hours to attend a cocktail party and my feet were screaming. I couldn't wait to take them off my feet when I got back into my car. What an absolute waste of $139. Tieks may be a little more expensive, but they're so much kinder to your feet. Never again will I purchase a Wydr shoe!!

I started by using the measurements on the website and ordered my shoes based on their measurements. When they arrived, they fit nearly perfect! I have struggled for years to find cute shoes for my "Fred Flintstone" feet, and I'm now excited for shoes again!

I literally love these shoes! I have purchased 5 pair since October. I was nervous when I bought the first pair because of the cost but was willing to try them. I AM OBSESSED! I wear a 12 wide and can never buy shoes that are cute and comfortable, until now! These are a total game-changer. Not only are they incredibly cute and stylish, but the comfort level is 10/10. I wore them all day hosting an event right out of the box with zero pinching or blisters. If you’ve been hesitant, this is your sign to buy them. Your feet will thank you!

I am glad that I chose wydr for my winter and spring foot wear. I really enjoyed the quick response to my problem and the service was very courteous.The shoes are excellent quality and they are sturdy. Even the flats are good on my feet. Look forward to getting more pairs in the near future.

I'm obsessed with Wydr shoes because they offer me cute feet!!!! I have had to exchange several to get the size right but they always work with me. I appreciate that. Sometimes it's a bit more work to return them. I don't love that if I buy shoes with a coupon they become ineligible for return. Only exchange. However, I was still offered a full return anyways.

I love how many cute wide width options they have. The shoes are well made with quality materials.
Working with customer service was incredibly easy. I needed to return a pair of shoes from two separate orders, Wydr’s customer service was accommodating and made it happen without issue. Will be ordering from them again!
