The shipping service used is not good. With most online stores you get details on ETA as well as when the product was delivered. You need to proactively go in and check this with Zwilling. Of course my product was delivered and had no notification and it was stolen off my porch and didn't get a refund. This is a very archaic logistics system and inevitably leads to bad outcomes. I won't buy anything off this website again.

I have always purchased knives from this company but I am extremely disappointed in the quality now, and they do NOT stand by their lifetime warranty. I would not recommend for both reasons. Buyer beware.

Scammers
After reading the reviews I will NOT be purchasing ANYTHING from this online company and will openly persuade anyone wanting to purchase anything from them to go elsewhere!! Consumers are not going to put up with this deplorable treatment by crooks like this company! I give them a -100000000000000000 star rating just on their posted reviews!
Poor Customer Service
The website glitched on my order which included a holiday "bonus" for spending over a certain amount. For whatever reason, the bonus item was removed from the final order. I immediately wrote an email to the customer service team to cancel the order.
However, they did not respond to my email. When I called subsequently, the customer service person told me that they had "missed" my email. It would now be my responsibility to send the products back. There was no recognition of the time and effort required on my part as a result of their admitted error.
I ordered a set of pots from Zwilling…
I ordered a set of pots from Zwilling online on November 26. As of January 2, my order has still not been shipped.
After contacting customer service, I was told the item is out of stock — yet it was sold to me as available. Even more concerning, they refuse to issue a refund and instead expect me to wait until the item is restocked, with no estimated date.
Selling products that are not actually in stock and then holding a customer’s money indefinitely is unacceptable and feels misleading. This borders on deceptive practice.
Customer service has been extremely unhelpful and offers no real solution other than “wait,” despite the fact that they cannot say when or if the item will ship.
This experience has completely damaged my trust in Zwilling. I do not recommend ordering from their website unless you are prepared for long delays, poor communication, and difficulty getting your money back.
Henckels International Classic block set with self sharpener
I, was hesitant to buy Henckels or another brand, but after researching this Henckels products. I decided to buy Henckels knife set ( Henkels International Classic self sharpener ) on November 29, 2025 from Henckels Canada. I was blown away by the quality of the knives, they're even better than I expected. These knives cut through air effortlessly,without any effort or pressure. They simply touch the material whether it's mea, vegetables or anything else, and cut with ease. Thank you to Henckels for this product and the high - quality awareness campaign. / Jaber Masboob
Warranty for new knife doesn't cover dull blade
Zwilling advised that warranty for new knife does not cover if it is not sharp.
I recently bought a knife from Zwilling, I have used their products before and found them to be very high quality; however, the knife I received could not even cut a tomato. When. I contacted Zwilling, the advised that - this is a quote - "a blade that feels liess sharp from first use is not considered a warranty issue".
A knife literally has one purpose - to be sharp. I did not buy a spatula. They suggested I pay to have it sharpened. The refused a refund or replacement. I am absolutely baffeled how a new knife not being sharp is not considred a product issue
Worst Customer Service EVER
I ordered a pan from their online store and the next day the pan went on sale. I called them to discuss receiving a credit for the difference. Their answer: 'sorry sir, you will have to order the pan at the promotional price and return the one you bought at your expense." The worst business, economic and environmental policy that I have ever had to deal with.
Extremely disappointed with the quality…
Extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service.
I purchased a Zwilling pan (Product Number: 1030033) from the Zwilling factory sale, expecting high quality from such a reputable brand. Unfortunately, after only two uses on medium heat, the pan became warped and discoloured. I followed all care and usage instructions exactly as recommended.
When I contacted customer service, I was told the issue was due to “high heat” and therefore not covered under warranty. This explanation does not make sense, as I never used high heat. The pan failed under normal, proper usage — which points to a manufacturing defect, not misuse.
It is extremely disappointing that a premium brand like Zwilling dismisses a legitimate concern without properly investigating the product issue. I expected much better quality and customer support.
I hope Zwilling Canada will reconsider its response and stand behind its products, because this experience has been very discouraging.

Quick Delivery of Steak Knives
I ordered a nice ZWILLING steak knife set and a new paring knife. I was concerned with the delivery option as I wanted the knives ready for an upcoming BBQ with friends and it wasn’t clear what delivery provider they used - website did not give the time estimate when placing the order initially. I emailed customer service and let them know my timing and they responded back the next day, and within a few hours of their email I received notice that my items were shipped (along with a tracking number). Best part was that the knives arrived 2 days earlier than expected and they looked and felt fantastic. 5 star knife set and 5 star customer service!
Sous vide nightmare
Ordered a sous vide stick. Worked for one dinner. Second use, it shut off after 2 seconds. Asked for a replacement. Had to fill out forms, send videos and photos. Had to pay to ship it back, $25.
It took a month for a replacement to arrive. Replacement had the exact same issue. I thought they shipped the same unit back to me, but if you check there's many people with this exact problem.
Shipped it back again. This time at least they paid the shipping.
Waited 6 months with no word. Emailed them. They replied a week later saying there's no ETA. Asked for a refund. They said it's too late for that.
Another month went by. Emailed again. Called again. More arguing. Lots of arguing.
Finally after 10 months and 31 (Yes I counted) emails exchanged, they refunded my money. I still lost the $25 to ship it back, hours of calling and emailing, and they got a $125 interest-free loan. I'm giving them a star for eventually refunding the purchase price, but it was otherwise an abhorrent experience.

Poor customer service, took almost 2 months to get my refund. I had to call every week and I was on hold for a least 20 minutes each call. I do not recommend this company.
Won't stay sealed.
I bought the 3-piece glass container set and then the pump separately, all from Amazon.ca. Altogether this costed me over $120. I put cheese in the medium container and leftover tuna in the smallest container. Every time I open the fridge, I see that they have popped open. The containers are perfectly clean and dry before I use them, but still they will not stay sealed. So Zwilling offered to replace them but I had to return the "defective" ones to them at my expense! I'm not sure that they are defective, they just don't work very well according to a lot of amazon reviews. So I definitely wouldn't recommend them they are WAY too expensive and don't work.
Huge price discrepancies / poor customer service policies
Just purchased at toaster on-line at what appeared to be a substantial 47% discount off list price. Only several hours later, a friend let me know that the same toaster was available at the Zwilling factory outlet store for $64 less ... at an additional 20% discount. I called immediately to cancel my order, and was advised that there was no way to correct the pricing and there was no way to cancel the order even though it had not been shipped. I would have to return the order after receipt ... and the kicker is that I would have to pay for the return shipping ... So much for their "hassle free" returns.
I cannot believe the price discrepancy between buying on-line and their factory outlet stores!

Never Received my Package and Zwilling refuses to refund me or Give me the Items I paid for. They essential just stole money from me. I'm shocked at how little they care about their customers. I have purchased many of their items previously at The Bay, this was the first time I purchased from them directly and I assure you I will never purchase anything from them - anywhere - ever again.
To add insult to injury, they sent me an email asking to review my purchase...which I did, and then I got an email back saying that my review won't be posted as they moderate their reviews to only show positive comments.
