zo doc is a great app , after struggling with calls and try to find the nearest appointement , i found it very efficient i will defintely use it for other appointements , i wish i knew about before .

The staff were very nice and professional. Everyone I encountered seemed very caring, and professional. Nicole and Bridget who did my blood draws were great at helped me relax. Dr. Josan, listened to me, and explained to me how we would proceed. He has great bedside manner! My experience at NY cancer and blood was really good. I would recommend using them

Absolutely—I would highly recommend Jose Marti, PA. My experience was phenomenal from start to finish. He was incredibly attentive, took the time to really listen to my concerns, and explained everything in a way that was clear and reassuring. I never felt rushed, and his level of professionalism and care truly stood out.

The appointment was smooth, efficient, and I left feeling confident in the treatment plan. It’s rare to find a provider who combines expertise with genuine compassion, but Jose Marti does exactly that. Highly recommend!

Appointment time honored. Clean friendly office. All staff were genuine and friendly.

I booked a dentist appointment through ZocDoc, received a confirmation from them but when I arrived at the Dentist they had no record of the appointment. Calling ZocDoc was unsatisfying and took about 1/2 hour for them to claim it was the Dentist offices fault and their call to the office resulted in them actualky finding our booking. I'm still in the dentist office who graciously agreed to fit us in but it looks like a 2 hour wait! 😳

The moral of the story is if you plan on using ZocDoc to book always follow up with the office. You may want to ask yourself though "if I have to call the office anyway why didn't I just book directly in the 1st place?" 🙁

In my case, the insurance details were not clearly broken down, and what was presented didn’t match the reality once I followed up.
A service like this should make healthcare navigation easier, but instead it created more confusion and inconvenience. If you’re relying on it for accurate insurance compatibility or provider details, be cautious.

Overall, I found it unreliable and not worth the time. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere unless you’re okay with potentially dealing with incorrect information and unnecessary hassle.
