The customer service I received was amazing. The stools I order where too big for my Island. So I contacted Brendan if I could change to another style and he said no problem. Within 2 days I had the replacement stools. Outstanding customer service. Would use them again. The stools are fab, be searching along time for them.

Brendan has been really helpful with anything relating to our order, from furniture viewing to delivery in our home. We're very happy with our table and chairs, they look lovely and are very practical.

Excellent to deal with and the chair arrived in excellent time the following day. Only negative is it arrived with a crazy amount of packaging, and we came home to find it sitting outside the house on a full wooden palette, that we're going to have to figure out how to dispose of!! Everything great other than that.

I ordered a number of chairs and on receipt of payment it was stated that delivery would be dispensed within 24 hours. However, after 5 days of hearing nothing I had to ring them to find out where my order was. Then it took another two days for the delivery to be brought out. We were shown how to put together one chair, however when they were gone it was noted the remaining bags of screws and washers were all incorrect. So we had to wait until the correct ones were sent out.

Excellent service. Collected in person and was amazed how quick and efficient the system worked. Quality of chairs exceeded expectations, so I am now left with dilemma as to what chairs to choose next. Happy customer!
