I would recommend using the service.It's easy to understand you don't have to have long, complicated conversations with people over the phone.Especially given the fact that the person that needs a attorney to help them make decisions doesn't really want to have long conversations. Upon making a phone call to understand a bit more about it, they answered promptly. And they were very polite when I found something confusing about the website. When it says welcome and has my name instead of the donor they explained why it is
I will say anybody approach on that age or 60 plus That's in bad health should consider this.Of course.Nominating someone you trust to make these decisions with you.And then eventually for you. The application process was easy to understand it's based on the factors of what's going on with a person you're dealing with the staff over the phone was friendly.We, more or less, had a casual conversation in understanding what's the next steps.

Very happy with process of lasting Power of Attorney !

Power of attorney etc can be very daunting but this company made it so easy to understand once the application had been done they then kept me up to date with what happens next. My documents arrived with directions where to sign for me and my son, I am very pleased I decided to go ahead with them.

Clear, effective instructions to enable the customer to proceed with confidence

This company is absolutely brilliant. We filled in the forms online it took literally 30mins. That was a Friday and the following Tuesday they arrived. Everything was explained with yellow stickers showing everyone where to sign. Forms returned and within 2 weeks they have been sent them off to the OPG. We had to quotes from local solicitors which were £1200 each for myself and husband. The total cost from Zenco and OPG for both of us was far less than what we would have paid for one locally. Do not hesitate to use this firm they are brilliant.

Tried to cancel within minutes of completing forms and paying, did this by e mail and telephone but as it was a bank holiday I had to leave message on answer machine Good Friday 3rd April. Received email reply 9th April saying they can not repay my money as forms had been checked and sent to be printed. So according to Zenco they received my forms checked them and sent to be printed within 2 minutes of my forms being completed and my e mail asking to cancel. Received e mail 08.03 today 10th April saying my forms have been printed and sent today. If I could give a zero mark I would, waste of money and await reply from Zenco for email I sent in reply to theirs 9th April again asking for them to cancel and return my money. I await with bated breath.
