Total con!!!!? Looks great on their website, but what you get does not bear any resemblance. Don't waist your money!!!!

Horrible quality on mugs. Tried to cancel order within hours of placing not possible. Asked for a full refund..dead ends... do not purchase anything from this company. Total scam

I ordered a Christmas tree decoration. They took my money right away and a few weeks later they confirmed my order. They give an email address for support. But, that is bogus as it gets you no where! I am so disappointed as this decoration was going to a child who is terminally ill.

I didn't buy anything from them but it sounds like so many ads on Yahoo. There are so many scams when the company is located in China. I'll never buy from another one. At least I won't without checking Trustpilot like I did with this one "before" ordering. I was able to get my money back through PayPal the last time but it was a bit of a hassle.

No stars. DO NOT buy anything through this company, Unfortunately, I ordered a Kelini security camera and although there was a notification straight away that my order was received there was no order number and subsequently no follow up email. My money was taken straight away though and 3 contacts later they 'can't find any order for me'. They should be banned from advertising on the internet!

The bra has no support and there is no information on how to return them

I ordered a hat with the understanding that they take returns. They DO take returns in CHINA! which costs $50+ to return! Instead they offer a minimal refund which is a take it or leave it option.

I almost purchased these bras until I read the reviews. Thank you ladies for your reviews! You saved me a lot of money and time!

Same thing has happened to me as all the other women who have left a 1 star review. I'm sure they, like myself, would leave least if possible. First, their website comes off as an American website, then after paying, you see that the company is actually from China. $70 is a lot of money to hamd over for a piece of worthless material that DOES NOT fit a hair close to the sizing guides. I'm gonna have to fight to get my money back. Paypal ruled in favor of the company instead of me.

Zero stars are too many!
Their sizing chart resulted in incorrect bra size for me. They said to send it back to China which would cost more than the original price! Then they told me I could keep it and they would send me $8.99. I asked why I would want a bra that doesn’t fit? They offered $12.99 then! I asked why they had not offered a bra of the correct size they said I could get one for additional $9.99! I sent the bra back to the Los Angeles address that mailed it to me and it was returned to me!
It seems to me that they are marketing to seniors and taking advantage.
My credit card company had no problem putting the money back in my account after I explained the problem to them. Evidently VIANYS and ZEKEAR are known problems!

Save your money and do not buy this bra if you are larger than a B cup. I purchased mine through CLICKMOB and filed a dispute with PayPal Credit. They closed my case because the item came from China, which does not offer refunds. I’m stuck with this product that doesn’t fit my kneecap and cost me $56.

I made my purchase through PayPal and sent them my complaint. They closed the claim. I'm starting all over again. Contact your bank or credit card you used and you'll be refunded.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The bra I ordered did not fit (despite using the sizing guidelines) and was flimsy and not atall as described. When I emailed asking to return it, I was told they couldn't find my invoice. When I wrote again, they said I missed the 30 day return policy date and it would cost $50 to $80 to return the bra. They then offered an $8 refund on a $47 purchase. Total scam and unethical company.

I bought 2 Zekear bras and apparently the will not refund or give me anyone to speak to. Scam since they say the bras will fit but they do not. I paid $57.00 for two and $10.99 for shipping. Total $67.99. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The package said it was from LA, but it said to ship back to China would cost over $40.00. DON'T BUY THE ZEKEAR BRAS FROM THEM. TOTAL FRAUD AND SHOULD BE ABLE TO TALK TO SOMEONE BUT THEY WON'T GIVE YOU A NUMBER TO SHIP BACK EXCEPT TO CHINA....SAD TO RIP PEOPLE OFF.

I concur with all the reviews I've read here. There are a couple of people who have contacted the company. How???? If I only get $15 back, that's better than nothing. Please post here with email, phone or address of the company. Many thanks!

What a piece of junk! The bras I ordered didnt even come close to fitting! It was comical to see my size DD's in this maybe A cup, push up bra. I wanted to return them, but there is little or no information on how to go about it! Plus they have to go back to China-think I'll just keep them and give them to some flat-chested teen- at least I won't be out the money twice. Expensive lesson - always read the reviews!!

The product was very poorly made and did not even come close to fitting. It had to be returned internationally which cost about 6 times more than the cost of the product and workmanship involved-and they know that....a scam.

What a scam!!!! What an idiot I am for ordering these bras. There is no push up...the cups are for breast size A at best. Wayyyyyyyy to tight. I wear a 36C, so I ordered an XL. Luckily I paid thru PayPal. DO NOT ORDER THESE.

I should have read the reviews before placing my order!!! The bra was totally all wrong and definitely does not hold up anything. When I wanted to return it of course it had to go to China and that cost is more than the bra itself.

I wish I had of seen these reviews before I spent the money on this worthless bra. I'm going along with the other people on the reviews, this bra had A cups. Everytime I lifted my arms the bra came up over my breasts. Based on other reviews I'm not going to try to send it back, lessen learned. I saw the same bra online at Temu for $3.00 and on Amazon for $10.00. Don't fall for this scam.
