well, twice my shipment was very delayed, and twice customer service was on it fast and efficiently and i received my order. i am not sure what the problem is with shipping, but yves rocher has been great. their hair products are extraordinarily wonderful.

Monoi products
I purchased the hair shampoo and conditioner and it makes my hair so shiny! I love love love the monoi products I have the shower gel, lotion and shiny oil! I just ordered the other 2 oils The scent is amazing I drench myself with these products! I give them a 10 out of 10. Ordering is easy and shipping is fast I definitely would recommend their products!

After using the same hair products for decades, I decided to try Yves Rocher. So glad I did! I am over 60 and always had dry scalp and hair, now thinner and losing its shine. Now my hair feels softer and noticeably shiner. No more sulfate! Also good customer service, and fast delivery (Fedex).
