The whole process was made very smooth from the start and any queries i had were answered the same day. He was calm through the process and when I felt like we had hit a brick wall with the seller and put a call through, he will handle it calmly offering professional advice which comes from experience and in a minute, we feel back in control. If I am being honest, I would say our fear delayed completion but even at that, from contact till completion was less than 12weeks (again because we were scared as it should be, FTB 😁 )
