The quality is good but could be improved the edging strip i requested although setiing the mat in a nice frame a loose end of approx 3/4 inch is a poor finish to an otherwise good product.
Delivery took over 2 weeks from order although customer services where quick and thanks to paul for all his help.

I ordered mats for our Toyota Yaris from this seller. When they arrived the mat for the driver's side did not fit. I used their online form to request a refund as it was impossible to get through on the telephone. My request for a refund was ignored and instead I was told via email they would provide a replacement mat which was unwanted. Again the only means of contacting them was via email as their telephone is continually engaged. To date I have not received a response addressing the issue of my refund.
Update 17/02/23 Customer Services have now offered a full refund conditional on removing this review first. I have responded with a counter proposal that I receive the refund before amending my review. Now awaiting a response.

The refund is to be paid to my account in Natwest bank.The local branch of Natwest have told me that refunds take 7 to 10 days to clear. Am checking with Customer Services at Nstwest.

NATWEST CUSTOMER SERVICES CONFIRM THE REFUND HAS NOT REACHED MY ACCOUNT.

TRULY TERRIBLE!
15 emails to customer services chasing updates about my car mats.
34 days wait (website says 5-7 working days).
Refused to refund despite the material for my bespoke product not being in stock.
The mats which arrived are completely wrong:
Passenger side front is too wide, driver side front is too short.
Although the website states all mats come with fixings, my mats have arrived with no fixings at all.
Therefore, the diver’s side slides up underneath the brake pedal (incredibly dangerous)!
The mats I ordered were meant to have blue trim and blue logo but the mats that arrived have a blue trim but a white logo.
There has been error after error and appalling customer service.
I have sometimes waited up to 5 days for a response to my emails.
Furthermore, I am unable to leave a truthful review on the company’s website as anything under a rating of 9 will not submit.
I selected this company as it claims to be British but their Customer Services seem to be based abroad, leading misspelt emails and incoherent telephone conversations.
Please don’t waste your time or money on this dreadful company!

Update: after a further wait of 22days I have finally received my refund.

So we ordered the premium car mats for our VW Toureg however we received the cheaper mats, we got in touch and they couldn't apologise enough and upgraded our mats to the best quality. Great customer service 👏

A very easy site to use. Ordered mats for my new Corsa. They arrived in speedy time and not only were a great price but we're a great product. Easy to fit and they look great

I ordered my Mats online, the site was easy to navigate and I placed my order, I got an email back saying that my order was being processed and an approximate delivery date, the order was delivered earlier than expected and I was really impressed by the quality of them and how well they look in the car. I highly recommend these mats and the company.

Delivered as expected even though there was a postal strike
I ordered 2sets by mistake so sent an email the money for 1set was reimbursed to my PayPal more or less straight away.
The car mats were as ordered you can order different type of quality( you pay more for better quality)
I would have no hesitation to buy from this company again

I'm very pleased with my rubber car mats which arrived in good time. They fit my mini perfectly and look great. They were just what I needed as due to living out in the sticks my footwear is often wet which was ruining my carpets.

Ordered car mats as a Christmas gift. Ordered on 11/12/22. Received a few emails apologising for delays (no problem), then had emails saying it was being despatched on 19/12/22 via Evri.
The mats have yet to be delivered - when checking the item through their tracking system, on Evri it states they're still expecting the parcel.
Despite several attempts to get in touch with someone, indeed ANYONE, no responses to the several emails I have sent have resulted in a reply. Can't find a phone number otherwise I would call.

Thankfully used PayPal to pay and have requested a refund. Have now ordered via another company and will definitely not use a company who simply ignore email requests and just happy to pocket your cash!

Update to the above review on 14/01/2023: Have received an email (finally) to apologise and offer to send another set of mats - apparently they were despatched to the courier but not delivered. No notification from them via email or the courier that they were delivering, just found them in my garden (thrown over the fence) but not even a notification note in the postbox.

Have increased my rating but disappointed it took a 1 star on here to get a response and a delivery of an order placed over a month ago.

Edited review! Since writing this review I was contacted by Paul (service manager) I now have new mats that fit perfectly in my car so happy with the end result .
Was a pleasure once the right person got in contact.

Had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Good communication and good quality car mats received so would have no problem in recommending.

Good quality mats, excellent fit. Lost one star on my rating due to the tracker not giving any useful information and also the packaging being see through plastic, not good when it's a gift and the recipient takes delivery!!

Great quality mats, delivered a little later than first thought, only by a couple of days, but worth the wait.

Still waiting - 9 days after placing order and still waiting and all I’ve had is the comment below from them - Ok so I chose the £2.99 anytime delivery but I didn’t expect it to take 9 days and that’s NOT including weekends. Ordered 15th November and it’s now 24th and all you can say is “it’s being processed”. Shameful company.
