Excellent Customer Service
Excellent customer service. Easy communication via email. I think that the product could be improved and attention to detail in the design, but perhaps this is a reflection of the reasonable cost of the products.

Disappointing
Disappointing! no information on purchase or on email about delivery and when I finally got a DHL notice it again didnt say much. then DHL said they would deliver between 1-2pm, never showed up, automated message on customer service number said they were running late and would still deliver. then they said they could not access the delivery address which is total BS. No ability to contact York and no ability to get in touch with DHL - York is responsible for the full customer experience and this has been one of the worst. will never purchase from this company again.

Noisy and sounds like it is broken
Exercise bike makes a very loud knocking with every turn of the pedals. Very annoying and distracting to me and anyone in my house/building. Clearly not right.

Worth having a look … 👀
I had previously brought quite a few items from York fitness; cast iron plates, a bench, dipping belt, Dumbell bars, etc.
For the most part I found the price and quality of the products to be good, with only one exception. I had spent a fair amount on a Dumbell bench which was of poor quality. In hindsight I should of sent it back.
Before you buy anything from them be sure to check for reviews, otherwise give it a miss.
