Amazing customer service. I sent an email about the weight plates I ordered 2x20kg and 2x10kg plates taking a while to order, and I got a response back the same day explaining the 10kg plates were out of stock but the 20kg plates were going to be sent separately and to apologise for the inconvenience they sent me a different set of 10kg plates at no extra cost and they came a few days apart, so it wasn't a issue but definitely be ordering from here again

Also, amazing customer service.. The case for my dummbells had been damaged in transit. I emailed them and within minutes had an email back saying they would send another case out ASAP. New case arrived a couple of days later. Really impressed overall!

I ordered an indoor training bike from York Fitness UK on 16/03/2025 and it arrived 3 days later.
Whilst unpacking the various parts I found a small piece of plastic lying loose and I put it aside.
I checked that all the parts were there and that's when I noticed that the small piece of plastic I had found was a piece that had broken off the handlebar post cover.
I contacted York Fitness UK and the next morning I received an email apologising and informing me that a replacement part would be shipped via DHL express. That was on the Friday.
The replacement arrived on the Monday morning.
A great response and excellent customer service.

I recently ordered a barbell from York. The courier messed up (their website indicated they’d received it and a day later said the opposite) but when I contacted York they sent another immediately which arrived sooner than the (same) courier said it would. The barbell is of very good quality and I’m pleased I chose York over cheaper competitors. So: happy with both the item I purchased as well as the company’s customer service.

Recently odered a number of items from York and they all arrived very quickly, and they were all of a very good quality. One of the items had some damage to it, which probably happened during the manufacturing process.
I emailed their customer service, and within hours a replacement item was in the post, without any issue whatsoever.
This is the sort of company that I want to deal with!

Sometimes it takes a small error and how a company responds to show how customer focused they really are. I had a small part missing and Matej was very efficient replying my email at 6.30am and sending out the part that same day. Excellent service and would definitely purchase again!

I had a minor hiccup with my delivery - an item was missing due to an issue with the courier. However, I was extremely impressed by the company’s support team. They responded promptly the same day, and the missing item was replaced with express delivery. Their efficient and friendly service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a pleasant one. It’s clear they value customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to ensure a smooth experience. I highly recommend this company!

We had a delivery issue & contacted Yorkfitness. Matej Kuhajdik couldn’t have been more understanding & helpful. He resolved the issue very quickly in an extremely efficient & courteous manner.

I bought a medicine ball that was too heavy for me, Matej was so helpful in helping me return it, it is helpful that it could be collected the next day , rather than me going to Post Office, I have bought many items from York the quality is 2nd to none, I will buy more weights in time , but if I do get it wrong I know there wont be any issues, Matej is a real asset to York Fitness

I didn't know what the part was called for the Club Weights machine. Having contacted York. They asked if I could provide photos of the equipment and part needed. On providing the photos I got a response almost right away. It says they do not post to N.I. however they did and the cost was very reasonable. Many thanks to Majet..

Ordered the York Barbell HT9 treadmill which does exactly as it says on the tin. Nothing fancy about it but it’s sturdy, very comfortable to use and a great bit of kit for any home gym.

Delivery took a little longer than expected but this was more down to the delivery company rather than York themselves and where we live. After a quick phone call, they sorted it out and it was delivered within a couple of days at most.
We had a small issue with one of the fixings but their after service was excellent to say the least. I dealt with an extremely polite, professional and very helpful member of staff and was given a partial refund, more than was needed, to put things right.
We’ve been using the treadmill for a few weeks now and we’re more than happy with it as it meets all our needs and more.

I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality equipment with an affordable price tag!

Initially I had an issue placing the order. I wanted to check the finance options available, not realising I couldn't check until the order was placed. I contacted the support team and was able to cancel this order and place the order paying up front.

Upon receiving my order via DHL the delivery driver made me aware that there were two packages still to come. I contacted York Fitness notifying them of this and they also confirmed via the tracking that it looks like it was only partially delivered. I was advised to give it 2-3 working days and DHL would return.

7 working days later still no sign of the missing packages. I called DHL and they claimed to have no record of them at all contradicting the delivery driver on the initial delivery. I then forwarded this information onto York Fitness who offered to send out replacements for the missing items, instead I opted for a refund.

I'm not sure whether the items were not sent or if DHL lost them and tried to say they never had them in the first place. Either way the York Fitness sales team were apologetic and easy to deal with.

Overall I'm really happy with the barbell and weight plates that did arrive and would do business with them in the future.

I understand that there can be issues with couriers, but if you were able to find a way to be more pro-active in notifying customers when issues or delays arise I think it would build more trust with your customers.

Bought complete set of weight training equipment. The price was way lower than any other websites and York are a well know manufacturer. It all arrived on time and the quality was the same as you might see at high ends gyms. I’m very happy and on my way to getting myself fitter in 2025. Thank you.

I would give York Fitness 10 stars if I could. Their Customer Support team have gone the extra mile for me. I have an exercise bike just out of warranty and I had a problem with a handlebar bracket. No questions asked they immediately replaced the full stem free of charge and it was with me in less than two days. Amazing service. Thank you.

I give York Fitness 5 stars for their after-care service. I recently purchased equipment from them, but had to report a couple of minor faults I encountered, which they totally resolved for me by sending-out replacements. Nothing but praise for their swift actions to help me enjoy their products.

I bought a weight set - 70kg barbell set in December and I am still waiting for half of it, on January 17th and have just been told they will refund 1 x 25 kg weight plate, what am i supposed to do with a the other one?

Just got a response after second attempt and updated Trust Pilot review, so I have updated.

I would recommend updating website if help email address is not valid and replace with Sales email if this is correct?

I have contacted York recently together with a number of other companies asking if they could advise on how I could obtain a pedal for an elliptical trainer.

All the other companies responded advising to contact York, which I had done. Today I have still not obtained an acknowledgement and they are dealing with it or simple response stating they can or not provide a spare.

I feel this is poor service and I would certainly question whether to purchase their equipment again!!!

I Had a problem with the exercise bike that I purchased from York this was very quickly sorted out by Matej & a replacement sent out & sorted the return of the faulty bike VERY good on the customer service side
