Perfect Experience from Start to Finish
Excellent service and a smooth rental experience. The staff were friendly, the pickup and drop‑off were quick, and the car was in perfect condition. Great value for money. I will definitely rent from them again!

Bad experience
Bad experience. Fist not a VW polo but Citroen C3 wit more damage than on the agreement. Secondly deposit issues; was €500 creditcard (but forgot pincode) so with direct debit was it €1600. But no worries ‘ good deal” just pay insurances ( equal to rental value!) than €500 is okay also. Fuel at start only 1/8 and now back from holidays but deposit hasn’t been transferred back. What a poor service! Never again

Tout c’est très bien passé aussi bien à la prise qu’à la restitution de la voiture Pas de mauvaise surprise, ni coût supplémentaire contrairement à la concurrence. Très pratique aussi la location à l’aéroport sur parking P4 donc sans prendre une navette. Merci à Andrei pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.

I rented a car from Yor Car Hire Faro and was extremely satisfied from start to finish.
The communication before my trip was clear and helpful, pickup was quick and easy, and I got all the information I needed right away.

Good quality car and our dropoff contact was kind enough to take us to the bus station. 5 stars just for that.
Word of advice, check that your fuel gauge and the damage report file correspond, before leaving the airport. The report file said 1/4 of a tank, but it actually on "refuel".

Ultimately great customer service
After a somewhat rough start due to a misunderstanding, YOR made sure to rectify the mistake with impeccable after sales customer service. I will definitely book again with them as the cars are in pristine condition and the procedures fairly straightforward. One great asset is the location at the airport as opposed to having to take a shuttle bus somewhere, which is a great benefit and makes getting the car and especially returning it very easy indeed. To be recommended!

Pavlo assisted me and my kids with…
Pavlo assisted me and my kids with hiring. He was clear and patient with information, even though the desk was very busy he was calm and professional.
I was hoping for my deposit to be returned upon handing back the keys, but he said it would take 2 weeks to return! This was disappointing. I wil give 5 stars when my deposit is returned.

Really easy to hire a car from YOR Car…
Really easy to hire a car from YOR Car Portugal. We were in our hire care within 10 minutes of arriving at the desk. Only 5 minutes walk from the terminal. Highly recommend. Our car hire was 300 euro (includes all insurance), the same car hire with Avis would have cost 500 euros without the extra insurance.

Extra cleaning cost
I was renting a Minicooper in Faro and they charged me extra cleaning while returning. I was telling them the car is not extra dirty, but they said I should have vacuum clean it before returning. I have never see something like that before.
