I sent a message on the contact us page of a business. The business was my own business, this is something I do from time to time to check that customers are being forwarded on to us as they have planned. I did not receive my message. The message was direct to my competitors all over the Melbourne area. My private message and phone number was passed on to shops of the same nature who contacted me to fill my quote request. My company is having potential customers sent to other shops and robbing me of business. This is so bad, they have sold their soles and the shops paying for this service are crooks and make it possible for this damaging conduct. I will be taking this further and cancelled my yellow pages ad. They make this illegal behaviour possible for competing shops to feed their greed.

OLM THE AGENCY has great training. After signing up, about 3 months later I was booked for FASHION WEEK in NYC. Not long after, I was booked for the BOAT SHOW in Miami. I was for a few more bookings. I'm loving it.

Much like a lot of people on here the tricked and auto renewed the contract. They use snail mail as a way out and only email you when they want their money. I ask for conformation of payment sent to me and when I got it there was almost nothing that said the real yellow pages on it. You had to look for it. It is like they dont want you to know or use email. I can bet like many people i tossed what looked like junk mail in the trash and now they are claiming I have to pay them for print that does not work. They know this and that is why they do what the do.

Tricked into a 12 month contract I barely received 1 lead or inquiry a month absolutely biggest waste of £2400 in on year. When my year was done I tried to cancel it on 12 days notice but they said they need 14 days and there’s nothing they can do I have to pay another £220 for a service that does not work. They do not care about you or your business they only want there money. DO NO USE EVER

I could never get ahold of a person to Cancel my dad's account. They kept charging my 87-year-old dad even though the phone was turned off. I would not help or return calls until after business hours when I could not reach them.

Terrible service. They lock you in a 1 year contract, collect the money and don't deliver on any of results promised.

This is a scam company. You pay them for a service they do not provide, and they trick you into a contract that, even if you close your business, still requires you to pay for the whole contract they tricked you into. I will never use them again. I would look for a marketing company instead.

It's almost like they are too big to care. The guy laughed at me when I said I was closing my business.

So many complaints about the renewal services on 30-60$/Month products. Like if youre going to invest into cheap marketing solutions you cannot expect good results!!!! I used Yellow Pages Targeted Advertising and it went VERY well! But its more than 300$/Month!!! And they have services that go into the thousands of dollars a month!! People have no idea how to do anything on the internet, thats why companies like this exist. Reality check to the haters is that you're business isn't doing well so you cant afford a good digital marketing plan. If thats the case then maybe you should rethink your budget. Also auto renew is very standard practice in contractual agreements. Netflix does it, Car insurance does it, Your Gym Membership does it. Spend money to make money. Buy the cheapest product offered ... what do you expect!!!

There is a woman ( can’t say lady because she’s not) at Horwich dental clinic who doesn’t deserve a decent clientele because she is sooo rude. I availed myself of her services for a reline of my bottom denture back in February and have had no problems til now!! I left 2 messages on her answer phone and sent a text message. She eventually left me a message saying “ if you send one more rude message I will not be able to help you “! None of my messages were rude! My husband can vouch for that.Needless to say I didn’t respond. I got the help I needed from another clinic in Chorley. Tony is fantastic and always ready to help I have used him in the past and now I won’t go anywhere else!

I have tried for three weeks to get my account open with them. My account was claimed and verified. Now I have no access to it and it’s been three weeks. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. No one knows what’s going on!!

I was not told their advertising package was a 12 month deal. You cannot get out of the contract after a robot quickly briefs over it! I didn’t hear anyone say it was a 12 month contract nor is it buying me any leads! Horrible experience, the people on the phone just laughed at me when I asked for my money back.

They keep calling me since I listed my business. Last time they called I said I wasn't interested, they seemed very upset of not getting a deal thru me and said I was waisting their time when it's quite the contrary when they are the ones calling me on my time during my business hours. Then after failing to try and convince me more, they flat out said these word " If you're not going to pay us for advertising you might as well close your business today". I was lost for words and here I am writing them a bad review. If I heard my employees speak to customers that way they would be terminated immediately but yellow pages is incouraging this by the looks of it.

Fraudulent, unethical organization that refuses to process recurring subscription charge cancellations. This should be illegal.

THE RESPONSE THAT WAS POSTED UNDER MY POST IS A LIE MY CAR IS TILL BROKEN THE SPEAKERS THEY INSTALLED THAT DAY HAVE WENT OUT WITH THE ALARM THEY INSTALLED WHICH I GOT IN NOVEMBER HAS WENT OUT AFTWR THEY WENT BACK K IN MY DASH FOR THE THIRD TIME MY SCREEN IS NOW TRIPPING THINKS ITS A SRT THE DYNAMAT INSTALLATION IS STILL NOT INSTALLED ITS SITTING IN MY FIN THING FROM FEBUARY 12TH 2024 I PAID $612 AN 900 FOR THE ALARMAND NON IS WORKING THEY ARE HORRIBLE TO THEY CUSTOMERS I REACH OUT TO THEM THEY IGNORE ME MY CAR IS NOW VULNERABLE IVE ASKED NUMEROUS TINES FOR THEM TO TAKE IT OUT OF MY CAR OR FIX IT AND THEY WONT THEY ARE DISHONEST I PAID ALOT TGIS CAR AND THEY DESTROYED OF MONEY FOR NOW I HA E TO LEAVE MY TRUNK OPEN EVRY NIGHT OR DAY THIS FUSTRATEING FIR ME AND IM TIRED OF THIS SGIT I LOST $1600 THEY WANNA SWEEP THIS UNDER THE RUG BECASUE AND UNIMPORTANT IM SUFFERING THIS IS ALL TRUE I HAVE NO REASON TO LIE I DONT KNOW THESE PEOPLE you lie you only sent me a video of my car going only going through the gate for two seconds and thats it lies the light wont go off still they short curcuited sonething and expect me to pay for it when my car was good im being honest Do not go to West coast shop on arden they got me I had just got my amp installed by a mobile tech he goes to your house and installed music amps everything he installed my amp it sounded fabulous only thing was the trunk was rattleing and my car speakers sounded very low so all you heard was bass and low music so I went to them the manager Jaya was very nice he suggested I get two speakers in the front and that I get dynamat I'm the trunk area and the license plate and I would need a bass knob to control trol the bass causue I came up on a jl audio 1500/1 p and I got some foscgate 15" two woofers and I needed the chirp on my alarm turned off I was in that shop for 5 1/2 hours for two speakers a bass knob which you put two screws that already there the dynamat was out under my trunk fin not in the trunk the car was rattling so vad still they took my screws out of my trunk fin they couldn't fix the dynamat told me they order the screws that was in Feb 9th 2024 its now March 7th 2024 the dynamat nor the screws were fixes or replaced than to topnthat off I get home tired wake up the next day I noticed the amp I had just paid to get installed was for some reason unscrewed from the back of my seat where it was mounted at the ampnwas half iff the seT and in the trunk unmounted which I keep asking why did they touch my amp I didn't asks for this service now the amp that's in my car is faulty the bass qent off by itself Than comes back in when I had no problems with it all i asked the manager numerous jokes why did tall removes ny amos or touch it now uts nit working I and just got it I feel they switched my amp at this shop they had no reasons to be even touching it let along unmounting it for what than my dash gauge lights wont turn off they did something in the dash when they installed my two front speaker than I find out all my car speakers were disconnected for what? I jusy got thise installed in November 2023 they told me they didn't do it when none is I. This car but me he said when I drove up he didn't hear no music soo guess I was driving around only listening to bass when I heard music to than with that my trunk latch got broken to now my trunk don't shut like it was so I ahe the gauge light wont turn off I feel they messed up something in my dash my trunk is messed up they unplugged my car speakers probably to get me to buy new ones Because I'm a female my new amp is damged and the told me it' not on them its on me i paid 12,000 for this car and they nit fixing it when I drive my car everyday amd there wasn't anything wring with my car on god this is bad custoner servive and they wont give me copperate number i asked 10 times becareful at this shop looking at court action soon

My boss gave me the task of canceling our account-called in November, spoke with a nice lady that assured me that she canceled it, but that we will be charged until the end of the membership. That's fine. Fast forward, we are still getting a monthly statement. Call the same number today-was told by a man that I could barely understand that I'm not the authorized account holder to cancel. That's fine, but be honest months ago instead of lying that you canceled the account.
