I have ordered Samsung mobile with exchanging my Oneplus mobile.
When the flipkart deliver boy check my oneplus mobile with Yaantra Application, it's not working.

When he start diagnosis it reply " it looks like we are having trouble connecting your device to our system. Please reach out to admin for assistance at support for yaantra".

Even I have mailed to above ID but I didn't get resolution.
Even I have checked my colleagues(4 to 5) oneplus mobile with installing this aap but they are also not working.
For this reason flipkart is not exchanging my mobile.
If it is not updated in Oneplus system by flipkart then how it will work?

It's already 7days gone but flipkart representative are ask
ing for more time to resolve.

This is really we are not expecting from flipkart.

I'm requesting to flipkart team kindly resolve the issue and get my product as soon as possible.

I tried to sell my OnePlus Nord 3, 4 days old. Website quoted me price of 18,600. The person said, you will get maximum of 14k.
I asked for his ID, he refused and said you have my number.
I am never going to sell or buy from yaantra.
Terrible experience

The companies tactic to buy phones at low prices is just not acceptable, wanted to sell my iphone 12 pro max and the company quoted 41000 but when the person came to pick up the phone they quoted 10k first and then 20k, worst experience. Btw the pickup person was good.

From morning I am waiting to return my phone this app is not working at all

Flipkart return option is waste

I sent the iPhone 7 in for service. The phone was turned off due to a display issue, as it had not been used for the previous nine months. An official from Yaantra took pictures of the phone at that moment. A technician called me later and recommended that I replace the screen and the power on/off button. once that, I told them to change the display and power button. They now claim that the touch pad is broken, but once I clarified that it was working, they threatened to confiscate my phone.

But I was expecting some discount. Order ID 399872. Another phone repair request raised under 399850 some motherboard issues. They was asking 2500 but it was out of budget. So simply they returned at my doorstep.

I gave my laptop to them to repair,but they said it needs motherboard replacement. I told them I have a spare board and I asked for return of my device.even after a week, they have not delivered it to me back . Their boy Javed promised to come but never turned up. I even asked them give me centre address so I could come and collect it, but they didn't provide it. My request I'd is 399864.

I made my device realme 2 pro screen replaced through yaantra. Screen was replaced but the finishing was not good so i send the device 3 time but they didn't do any work on finishing so i paid less amount rs2750. Later I came to know that they have put OPPO f9 pro display on my device . The screen stopped working within 3 months of replacement so I asked for warranty claim. The guy came to pickup the phone is giving bull shot reason that the display is damaged from inside, the fact is there is no sign of even a single scratch. He didn't accept the device and reject my claim. The Company is fraud . They are looting customers hard earned money. Pathetic experience . Regretting on my decision to select yaantra to fix my device.

Fraud company @Yantra I sold my mobile in 6/9/2023 Technician Shahrukh came and picked mobile after 30 min QC After 7 days He called me and said Your mobile is not working So Me coming back to return your mobile He came with 2 another guys And shouting and abusing In front of my house So @Yantra I want to ask you what kind Patri chapp company you Running Going to consumer foram Against you pls guys don't sell boycott These kind of chapri company.

I am facing lots of challenges in services of Yantra

I have given my handset for resolution of charging issue, even the team charged very high cost of parts replaced as per the market also even after paying all the payments my handset was not fully repaired.

Even i am not getting any single update and i keep on calling them for status and they provide me unnecessary excuses.

Its more than one week to resolve the charging issue of my handset

They made my mobile screen damaged and due which I lost amount in exchange
I suggest don't prefer them. They might be taking parts out of your mobile too.

Really poor service and terrible experience.

Update : My device did not have any issue for 2 months and when I had given to you for repair it has this problem. I am sure you have replaced it. This is my second time bad experience with your company.

I advise all to not fall to their trap of 99 rs repair, they would take original parts and replace with faulty duplicate parts.

I will chek my new iphone condition on yaantra app but app show wifi not working but working fine in actual

I gave the one plus phone for repair on 31st May 2023. Here problem is with Power on/off button. At the time of taking the phone yaantra executive took the photos of the phone. There was no damage to the screen. Later, I received the call from technician on 4th June 2023 and he suggested to replace the screen to fix the power on/off button. I disagree for that and asked to return the phone. 8th June I received the phone with damaged screen. At the time of repair they caused the screen damage.
This is worst service from the yaantra.

Kabhi mat repairing karwana warranty puri hone ke Pehle agar koi problem aayegi toh without check yeh log bolenge ki damage hai

Very worst service by the company and team. Rude CRM in Bangalore, people in Yantra feel that they are doing a charity for customers, but they take high prices compared in the market.

My issues is from Oct 2022 till date it is on. Issue mentioned below.
1st Pick up Issue : Screen Replacement: I gave my Iphone 12 Mini for Screen replacement, they replaced the screen and gave my phone with network error, i denied to accept the phone
2nd Pick up : Network error : Engineers in Hyderabad team had made some issue with the network, hence they picked it back to rectified the issue after few days they gave back my phone. however the phone had the screen fitting issue
3rd Pickup: Screen refitting: Team picked up my phone again for the screen re fitting and gave me back in 4 days : in 3 days of delivery my phone was not getting charged.
Then the issues are big list finally after so many issues they created in phone and they gave my phone in a condition that it switches on but does not get set- I have video proof, receipts and audio proofs which i spoke to company people.

Now the option left with me is to file a case in consumer court under fraud act.

I have checked your response what is the use of refunding the amount giving me back my phone as dead when I last gave the phone to repair it was in working condition say Wi-Fi however your people made some tampering even with that and they gave me a phone for no use. You have refunded my money only . For making phone such condition and having the phone with you for almost six months you have to pay me the compensation which I can claim through consumer court. Shortly I will be sending a notice on that .

My one plus nord on Feb 2nd week it's not switch on I am book and plan to repair the phn through yantra on 1st testing they told display tempered some lines are came and 2 nd time told the display tough gone need to repair charges 12500/- I am agree and repair the phn after they delivery the phn one week later after so much follow up ( they told part is in transit ) and final I got my product and they provide 3 month warranty.

But with in week same problem came again phn is not switch on I am called to yantra customers care may be they pickup the phn with in next two day .

But so much delay and I can't expect worst service for yantra

I hate yantra because since weeks onwards I was trying to reach them to get my mob warranty for the mobile but they don’t care customer and their requests n concerns so it’s totally 💯 time waste to get the quality service to expect from them for your gadgets.fine k.

I had given mobile for repair on 2nd March and received it today 11th march after many follow ups. First promise on Wednesday (this is also very bad service time) then Thursday then Friday then finally get it on Saturday.

For one phone repair, i did minimum 10 calls.

First time denied to take service because quote was 4400/- then got quote of 2500/-. If possible to work in 2500/- then why given quote of 4400/-. Seriously don't know what is the actual cost ?? Or something running a business for making people fool. May be you made me also fool for 2500/-.

Very bad experience.

One more thing, I had asked customer care person to connect with manager then he put it on hold for long time and then call auto discounted but not connected with Manager. Didn't get any response from manager.

What should be penalties for Yaantra??
Still I haven't check how repaired mobile is working, hope it should be good work.

Service centre has checked it and already said that the mother board needs to be replace d as they don't repair so Googled for a mother board repair and they took the mobile and now they say that the mother board and display both needs to be replaced

Have got a quote of 16.5 k for the repair

Will show it to the service centre again and if the mother board needs to be replace or the screen is actually changed need to check

I gave a device for screen replacement but they reported some other problem besides that, I approved the quotation given by them . I found when phone delivered after one day stopped working, When I asked for repair it again, they did not turn up for pick up again. Waste of money, looting the money with duplicate spare parts
